Garden Inn and Extended Stay

If I could, I'd give this sh*thole a 0 stars. Saw a bug crawl across the nearest bed as soon as I turned on the light. They also had signs of bedbugs.Spiderwebs in the corners. Tell a customer you don't have bedbugs when there are clear signs that YOU DO is not a good look. We're not blind. Absolutely disgusting.

There's a needle and the cap in the floor of my room.... Like the hell?? This is the oldest nastiest room I've ever seen and we paid $79 for this room?? More like $10 for this roachtel! After further review of my sister in laws room we found bed bugs on both beds and we found blood stains on the floor and pee stains on the sheets. WORST MOTEL IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE! Got our money back and leaving!!

Can I give it negative stars???We booked from an online source that have this place 3.5 starts. We are 3 females traveling from Alabama to Wisconsin in need of a stop. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!! Leave immediately. The elderly man at the desk is condescending towards women. The younger female at the desk was polite until the end. She has her reasons, but we had more. She stuck me as smart initially, but she should also know she works in a poor place. Sorry several videos, pictures and discussions regarding the state or the 2 rooms, these employees still forgot believed they were delivering good customer service. We were never offered more than a room change. If you saw these rooms you wouldn't want a room change, you'd want a lifetime supply of Lysol. We argued, rationalized and talked without any negotiating from the less than sub par front desk staff. Went next door to the Best Western (phenomenal) who just apologized for their neighbors as though they've heard and experienced it more times than necessary. Garden Inn and Suits located in Shepherdsville, KY. Is no place your going to want to hang your hat. I have too beg for clean sheets and clean my own room. My room key never works, No bugs. Thank God. The walls are paper thin too. It definitely needs some TLC. If your a guy here for the night on a crew job yes stay, anything else pass by this terrible place.

Disgusting. Love stains on sheets with cig burns. Toilet didn't flush. Lights burnt out. Structurally unsound. Smelled like someone hotboxed the room with cigarette smoke. Left immediately.

You get what you pay for. Toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while same with bathroom floor and there were stains on the backside of the bed comforters. The shower/toilet room needs to be redone or cleaned better too. If it hadn't been 10:45 at night I would have asked for a cleaner room or found another hotel but a lot of them were full. The workers who helped us were nice but they need to get a new cleaning crew. Sorry for the bad review but had to be honest.

Showed up and asked for a room. Showed everyday price ON THEIR WEBSITE and they jacked it up another 35%. I started to show the gentleman (guessing the owner) and he said "no, don't show me that! Everyone shows me that...". Well, duh! I asked if he could be closer to price just as a principle, and he said no. I then commented that he drove a hard bargain, which brought a smile. I then asked where he was from (very thick accent; hard to understand). He said "I'm from here. Local". I said "I meant where were you born?" He then got upset and started ranting that he didn't want to be video taped (my hands were empty). Confused, I asked what he meant. He told me to leave because I was asking about his secret life and didn't want to be interviewed by someone undercover and using a video tape. Anyhow, bizarre. Place looked pretty shabby from outside, and had a strong odor on the inside. Might recommend for someone who is broke and stranded but not a place for kids or a family stay.

Stayed at the Garden Inn recently. What a dump. Ceiling looked like it was going to fall apart. Towels were threadbare and dirty. They sure saved money on soap and shampoo for the customers.I don't know who painted the place but they did a real poor job.Worse place I ever stayed in.

2 words........BED BUGS!!!!!!! we "stayed" there last week 4-7-2017 for less than 1 hour before the bed sheets were crawling with bed bugs!!!!!!! we packed up and left in 5 minutes flat!
