Great time with the family. Fun for all ages. The food was pretty tasty and we love free drink refills!

We had a great time bowling tonight at Galaxy Bowling in Richmond KY. The place is clean and fun for families. They even have a nice arcade with reasonable prices.

My wife and I decided to take her friends from Michigan to Galaxy bowling for a night out on the town, Big. Mistake. When we arrived we had 45 minutes left to bowl. We walked up the the service counter and paid for 4 people to get a lane. It was incredibly crowded and unorganized, we were told to just "go to a lane" after spending time looking for a lane that wasn't in the middle of a game or the table being filled with drinks and it looking occupied. We failed to find a lane, they refused a refund and said there was lanes open ( there was not ) when asked to show us where he refused. showed a great amount of attitude. Never returning! I would advise anyone to just stay home next time they decide they wanna bowl at Galaxy bowling. #wasteofmoney

Awesome place with friendly & helpful staff, reasonable pricing. It can get busy on the weekends so plan accordingly.

I've been coming here since I was 13 or 14 years old and every time I came we have a problem with the bowling lanes and most of the time the employees are helpful but now they act sure with you and get angry like it's your fault. When I'm paying by the hour I don't care for the lane breaking down for 510 and 15 minutes multiple times. This place is just garbage honestly now

Good bowling insisted recently for a kid's birthday party. The pizza we had was pretty good. I'd say above average compared to other bowling alley pizza. We didn't order any other food as the prices were a little steep but that's typical of similar joints. The bowling is top notch which is nice considering it's their main attraction. The balls seemed to be pretty new and were in great shape. The scoring system is updated and the bumpers can be set to be raised or lowered per bowler so kids and adults can play on the same lane. Unfortunately we had a lane where the bumpers wouldn't raise at all. The staff did everything they could to raise them but to no avail. Certainly not a deal breaker as the kids still had a great time.There's a small arcade but it's... disappointing. Many of the games were out of order. I tried to play Time Crisis but one gun was so poorly calibrated I had to aim off screen to hit any targets. I tried to player with the other gun but it just ate my tokens. I tried out the claw machines but they seem like they could use some servicing as well. I'm no claw machine slouch but had a hard time grabbing any prizes and when I did they were promptly shaken off when the claw raised. Understanding that claw machines are programmed to play differently each game these didn't seem to cycle through a winnable game at all. My wife had the same experience.

Honestly has the best pizza in town, plus it's a fun place for a get together with friends and family and for birthday parties. Thunderstruck thursday's are also a very fun must-have for the summertime!

This is the worst bowling alley I've ever TRIED bowling at. Every time we try to go here either there are leagues that are taking up ALL of the lanes or they don't have enough balls and equipment for kids. I mean seriously, if you only have two ramps then invest in a couple more. And if you're limited on kids' weight balls then limit how many are available per group. Especially if this is a Saturday night AND you know you have a birthday party coming in then plan accordingly. I have a very disappointed 4 year old that just wants to try his hand at bowling.

Best bowling alley I've been to yet. There are tons of lanes the prices are reasonable for blowing and shoe rental. The technology they use is up to date and the area is overall clean and nicely put together. There is a bar connected to it however and is quite fun to listen to people singing karaoke in between the stereo switching in the main bowling area. I recommend checking this bowling alley out if your looking for a go to bowling alley.

Nice employees and chill environment, spent 4 hours watched the band the other night the bar area is well maintained
