Chicken teriyaki meal with steamed rice and broccoli. I like that it came separated because it was easy to portion.
The calamari is perfect here!You know when you go some places and it's over cooked and chewy? NOT HERE!! And the batter is like tempura!

Stopped in for lunch today. It was delicious! Had the fish, fries and coleslaw. There were three large pieces of fish, done perfectly. I live in Louisville, but my next time through Frankfort, I'll be back-can't wait to try the sushi. The prices were more than fair!

First time eating here today around 2:00 pm or so and WOW! I was literally the only customer when I walked in and that made me a little nervous, but again, WOW! Inside is nice and clean and simple. They greeted me immediately and I saw that they received a 100% on their health dept report, so that's awesome and comforting. I ordered the 4 pc Salmon Nigiri and 4 pc red tuna and white tuna nigiri combo and OMGGGGG! So delicious, so fresh, so cheap! The pieces of fish are THICK and generous! I was full after three pieces of white/red tuna, so I saved the rest for later. The salmon and the white tuna were melt in your freaking mouth soft and perfect. Fresh delicate flavor. Not fishy. Just perfect. The red tuna wasn't melt in your mouth, but it was sooo fresh and delicious as well. Beautiful bright colors on the red tuna and the salmon. I loved it so much that I just went back a second time today LOL this time I got the 4 pc white tuna and 4 pc red tuna, but already wishing I had also ordered another 4 pc salmon! For 8 pieces of nigiri ...with generous thick cuts of fish and rice portions, the total was just under $15! That's amazing and welllll worth it. I'll be sad if this place doesn't make it as it seems most small Frankfort businesses don't. This one deserves so much more attention!

Weird definition of fusion. I expected a combination of Asian cuisines but it was Sushi + teriyaki. Rolls had weird combinations. We had a dragon roll and rainbow. Both were ok but the presentation was a bit unsophisticated/sloppy. Nigiri we ordered came out as sashimi. Miso soup had an unexpected seafood flavor. Not finding a roll I was interested in I went with the other side of the house and went with chicken strips, fries, and Mac and cheese. Chicken strips and fries were seemingly low quality/value frozen product. Mac and cheese seemed like Kraft made with water instead of milk. Wait staff was a bit overly friendly. On the plus side, our kids enjoyed their food.

The fresh tuna and salmon were the best this side if Hawaii. This was my 3rd visit to Fusion. I had the sushi bowl with either tuna or salmon each time. The rice was very good with crispy lettuce and cucumbers. The slices of avocado are a nice touch. The eel sauce on top sets it off. All 3 times there was lots of tuna or salmon, no scrimping. I have to try other dishes if I can get over my addiction to the sushi bowls. I also appreciated the friendly service and atmosphere.

The sushi is so fresh and great tasting I can't wait to try other things on the menu. I also tried my son's chicken strips and fries and I was pleased they were very big thin pieces and I honestly would go back for chicken strips. Staff is friendly and you can tell they take pride in their business because it's very clean! I recommended fusion to several friends who too loved it! Will definitely be back.

I wanted to support a new restaurant in Frankfort that served a mix of sushi and offered American fare as well But I won't be returning to this one! While the food was okay, I was treated poorly by the person who served me. I was the only customer and thought no one would miss the music that was coming out of a bad speaker. It was so bad that I don't really know what kind of music it was. Maybe pop, maybe country. I like all kinds of music from jazz to gospel. But this was so unpleasant. When I politely asked for her to turn the music off, the server looked surprised but said yes. But she didn't turn it 9ff. Instead she slammed a door! Maybe she was having a bad day. I used to work in restaurants and had plenty of bad days. I never tried to pass on the bad vibes to others. I hope they learn better manners and better customer service
