Furniture World Super Store

I bought a kitchen table from Furniture World, and I couldn't be happier with what I got! The sales person Kristen helped me pick out the perfect table for my kitchen! Would definitely be coming back for more when I get the rest of my house done.

I bought a Leather sofa and love set I asked the saleswoman if it would peel she said no But just in case she sold me a 10 year warranty When it start peeling a contacted the warranty Department And They said It does not cover peelingThe girl that sold itTo me said It did I would not recommend and anyone to buy from this store if I do not backup what The sales peopleTells youThey want me to pay them $500 to fix My furniture I had it for 5 years but 4 and a 1/2 because I have been trying working with them for a while But the warranty I bought was for 10 years I would like to add pictures but it don't give me That option

Absolute worst customer service in the furniture industry. We purchased a couch in March and were quoted a May delivery date. Two months sounded a bit long to us but we understand times are nort normal right now. We have now called in five times over the last four months to ask where our couch is at. They keep giving us updated delivery dates that they never met. We got another updated date today for a month from now. I have zero confidence it will be delivered so I asked for a refund. Of course the person that can "authorize refunds" isn't there today, so now I will have to call back again. So at best, we will get our money back, and have been jerked around for six months.

Extremely disappointed that after waiting 5 weeks for my new sectional, that it shows up missing an entire section. Only 6 more weeks to rectify the situation.

I have purchased several pieces of furniture from the Georgetown store and it's always been a positive experience. One of my visits I was looking for a particular piece of furniture to complete my set, the salesman took the time to sift through his other distributors only to find out it had been discontinued. I recently purchased another piece and are delighted it fIts perfect in my living room. I have been to other furniture store in surrounding cities and always end up purchasing from Furniture World in Georgetown. Will be back again this year for more furniture. The salespeople are very helpful and not overbearing.

The salesman was very knowledgeable. We got our couch and chair but we are still waiting on our recliner over a week later that was supposed to be in in "a day or two." Now they are saying it's going to be another week! We are tempted to go get our money back on it.

I ordered a nice chest of drawers from The Danville store. The Lexington store had one in stock and it was scheduled for delivery on Friday between 1:30 and 4:30. Delivery was made at 1:30. The delivery guys carried to the upstairs bedroom. Five stars would have been given if they would've had it in stock in Danville. Very happy to give four stars!

Do not I repeat do not buy from here. I bought a useless warranty on the expensive yet cheaply made furniture I bought from here.The Warranty company would not fix my claim. When I called the furniture company they SAID they would take care of it. Never heard back from them.I am now having to contact the Attoney Generals office and the BBB. These people and their warranty are terrible. Stay far far away from this company.

I bought a nice sectional and love seat sleeper. The prices were very reasonable, the folks in the store were friendly and bent over backwards to help me find what I wanted. I'd recommend Furniture World to anyone!

We spent about $4000 on a couch, came to pick it up and it was out of the box. For $4000 we expected a new couch not a used floor model, laying on its side in the showroom floor! No one knows anything and no one is able to help. Worst customer service ever & no one is accountable or responsible to resolve the situation. Do not shop here!!
