Furniture World

First: customer service is awful. We were looking for some dressers and nobody helped us. Just horrible customer service.Second: PLAIN DISGUSTING! I used their restroom and it was a mess!!! Disgusting place.

I would not recommend anyone buy anything from them they quote one price and charge another, they look you in the eyes and say they didn't say that price, I have never delt with a company this despite, this has happened 3?times on buying a bedroom suite and our table and chairs, I ordered Kenzie another nite stand they said 89.00 dollars and got there to get it and it was 127.00 the lady who told me 89. Stood and lied to me and the other lady, she knows what she quoted and tried to convince me of a conversation we never had I don't know what this lady was smoking but it must be good, I'd give anything to have went somewhere and even payed more , they need a new sales lady she must be kin to someone here , didn't catch her name but she is the long grey headed homely looking one , you can tell when they are lying here there mouths move.... missy henry

Nice, large store. Great selection of furniture. They have everything, including beds, sofas, chairs, dining tables/chairs, and end tables. Nice sales people. When they deliver your furniture, check it out BEFORE they leave your premises. We discovered that our coffee table was broken after the delivery driver left. Took a month and half to finally get a new one and get Furniture World drivers to pick up the old one and take it back. We did finally get a good coffee table delivered. Most of their furniture is not in stock. Must be delivered to you weeks and months after you order it.

Furniture World in Richmond is an Awesome store! The sales people are friendly and helpful. The manager goes above and beyond typical customer service. If you need furniture, Furniture World is The place to go!
