Our first visit to Fuji was a success, and we'll be back to try more. The building itself isn't the fanciest, and admittedly, it felt a little dark and outdated. Our part of the dining area was super loud, although I think that was more due to the table of three across the room using their "I'm in an airplane hangar voice" rather than the restaurant itself. With all this said, though, we enjoyed our experience overall. We tried the shrimp sumai as an appetizer and loved them. We also ordered three special rolls (New York, Osaka, and Naruto), and they were all fantastic. I have to say that Naruto was the best of the three. For an appetizer, three drinks, and three special rolls, our bill came to $41.24 (not including tip), and we both felt that was incredible value for the quality of the food. I also have to say that our server was attentive and pleasant.

Enjoyed this little find! Service was quick and precise. Fried tofu was my favorite, though they called it bean curd on the menu. Son got seafood udon which he loved. Would go back!

Their sushi is hit or miss on several occasions they had fresh fish that tasted great but on several others the fish was really bad the last time I was there the fish was still frozen when it was served to me, it was just a block of ice sashimi. That being said I had great experiences before that time. I agree with the other people who wrote reviews tHe service is not good I always feel like the person who answers the phone is yelling at me and she hung up on me in the middle of my order. If you don't mind the service I would still recommend this place their menu has a good variety of options and the food is in general good (most of the time)

The food is first class the only problem I have with the establishment is there choice of music I don't want to hear a song telling me about someone's vagina and other weird lyrics, time and place for everything but when I take my family out for a $80 dollar I want the meal to be relaxing not a P Diddy ass grab song making me choke!!!!

We've always came here when we come to Ashland and it's usually a good experience. We came on a Sunday, wasn't too busy, and the hostess told us she'd seat us in a minute. We sit down in the waiting area and we end up waiting for a little over than 20 minutes. A table had been cleaned off for about 10 minutes at this point and the hostesses both get on their phones and sit at an empty with a group of their friends. We ended up leaving since the whole plan for coming to Ashland was to get Fuji and go to the movies. Very disappointed.

Went here last night for a birthday dinner for my dad. we had a reservation at 7:30 but didn't get seated until 9 due to them being behind. Our host was a mess. He was asked several times for certain items and I even had to get up and get myself a fork. He messed up our checks several times. Forgot to give my dad the cheesecake for his celebration. It was a mess. We ended up being there for over 3 hours. Food was a little peppery for my taste. Overall, I probably won't return.

I mean ok it was ok what is the deal with the five star reviews the people there where "Nice" the salad looked like it has been through the washing machine because of how wet it was and the bathrooms don't even get me started with the bathrooms it was dirty and no toilet paper
