Front Porch

I was a loyal customer of Front Porch for years and always found them to be so pleasant. Today I was there and was NEVER greeted, offered assistance, or merely acknowledged. I wouldn't have made an issue if I didn't see that EVERYONE else was spoken with, offered assistance. After walking around for several minutes, with arms full of items, I couldn't let myself give them my money. Sad.

You all are in dire need of website. It would be great to be able able to go see the items that are on sale. Let alone the rest of your products. It would also be important to share to prices. Ideally, it would be nice to shop online - but I know that is asking for too much.

The Front Porch is one of my favorite locally owned boutiques. They can monogram anything that doesn't move! Staff is always super friendly and they always have the best brands! Cockcicle, candleberry, mud pie, lots of UK goodies and FANTASTIC holiday decorations.

This is a great local gift store and has been in business for many years. This is a gift shop to get your UK and Kentucky personalized items! The shop is located in Tate's creek south shopping center. They have many flags if you like to put out flags for each occasion. They have a great selection of jewelry, totes, kitchen towels, purses, ornaments, and shirts. They have a small area with 50% off items. They are friendly and offer to help if you have any questions. I have been shopping here for many years and shopped at the Chevy Chase location prior to them moving to this location. They seem to also carry some local pottery items as well and even had a Kentucky Christmas story book that was really nice!

A great locally owned boutique that is perfect for gifts! They do in-house monogramming, have a big selection of Kentucky and UK items and more. there's always s a 20% off coupon on their website, but they do not allow returns only exchanges in a short window of time. A great place to shop for yard flags, Christmas ornaments or a baby shower gift!

I found this place by doing a search for local shops and found a blog list noting Front Porch as one the Lexington's best little shops. I was in KY from out of state and wanted to purchase a little necklace for my 4 yr. old niece and prefer to shop independently owned shops. Front Porch fit the bill for many gift items; not only did I leave with 2 necklaces, but also some books, some other jewelry, some decor things for my own shop in WI and more. And the folks working were helpful to the others in store who were looking for bridal gifts. A nice mix of faith, home, southern, clothing, garden, jewelry and beyond.

The Front Porch is my go to place for cute gifts! I can almost always find a unique gift for almost anyone at this little store. They will monogram or customize items for you. Many can be done while you wait but some must be ordered. They also do a really great job wrapping gift items.There is usually a coupon in The Weekender section of the Lexington Herald Leader every Friday for 20% off a single item and the coupons don't expire so clip them and hang into them! If you don't have a coupon, be sure to check in on Facebook to get 10% off your total purchase. They also have a frequent guest card and after 9 purchases you get 15% off your total order on the 10th visit.

I love this store. The staff are not only friendly but very knowledgeable about the products. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the items. Great place to find unique items

This store is way over priced. I ordered something monogrammed and I had to pay in the store and wait 2 weeks for it to be ready. I called 2 months later wondering what was going on and they lost my paperwork and said the didn't have anything on file that I bought anything from them? They use old cash registers and paper, nothing digital. I had to go through all this trouble with my bank because it was $30+ wasted. I never got my monogrammed product!!!! Worst customer service ever
