Ford's Garage Norwood

Been to this place a couple of times now since being back in Cincinnati, and dig all they are doing and the vibe thus far of the location. Pretty cool craftsmanship of the interior that delivers a fun vibe with some historical aspects of the Ford motor company. Food wise, we have been pretty pleased overall although both times I have ordered their burgers which have been highly solid. Nice and juicy and done just right as ordered. They also have some pretty decent sides as well and with the beer, they have 32 taps with ale good craft beer choices available but they also have macros for those that prefer them too.The service has been pretty decent for the most part, and if there is one thing I would note for any improvement it would be that the food provably could be a little hotter when delivered. It was decently warm but in comparison to other spots, just not as hot when it hit the table. But as mentioned, I do enjoy the spot and know I will be back. That being said if you do go and you like, make sure to register for their club for future deals as well.

Nothing outstanding and nothing horrid. Mediocre is the highest praise I can give. We had a group of 6 mid week evening and were seated promptly. We shared 3 apps: onion rings, fried pickles and the hot pretzels. The rings were good and cutely presented in a tower on a faux oil can. Pretzels and pickles were very disappointing and accompanying sauces did not help. Pickles were way too thick and soft pretzels were very bland. Entrees were not remarkable. Table ordered a couple burgers, a salad, a chicken sandwich and salmon dish. We had an issue with the burgers not being prepared according to instructions. They mixed instructions on doneness, ingredients and side dishes. We mentioned issues to server, and he did offer to redo orders, but by that time we did not want to wait any longer and just made due. Both the French fries and sweet potato tots were cold. Not lukewarm, but stone cold. Again did not want to bother sending it back. The interior is attractive in a kitschy way. Actually the bathrooms were the most interesting part of decor. And the annoying car horn going off over the bar was cute the first time, then grated our nerves. Service was slow. Perhaps this would be a fun venue before a high school dance. Otherwise I would avoid. We won't be back.

I'm dropping my review down to two stars based on a recent dine in experience.. we went on a busy night once we got our drink orders and they delivered my soup we didn't see our waiter for 15 minutes or so even tho we expressed before he left we were ready to order. Their French onion soup is amazing a star of the show ! The best thing I've had from them ! I got the brisket ranchero burger which is brisket, BBQ sauce, cheese, fried onion and pickles on a bun. I got it medium well and felt it was a little undercooked but I lived with it as we didn't see our waiter after someone dropped off our food. The tots were well seasoned and warm. All in all I don't understand the appeal for this .. just reminds me of another chain sit down burger place. Their decor and esthetic is fun so maybe that's it?

The food was delicious, among some of the best onion rings I've had. The burgers were cooked to temperature perfectly and delicious. The theme of the restaurant was really fun too. So many different things to look at! The service was also really great, they didn't bother us too much but it was clear that they were keeping an eye on our table.

This was a repeat performance for our group from the Y. On the weeks we have a potluck on a Monday, we go out on Friday. Our service, as always, was top notch. Can't think of one complaint. Everyone thought the food was great. I had a burger. IMO, Fords has the best burger in town. Great tasting patty with fresh toppings and a grilled bun.

This place is really cool! The auto design throughout the building is really creative and fun. The old-school gas station set up outside is really cool too! The servers were incredibly friendly and personable. They were really quick to bring drinks and made sure to time out our food so nothing got brought out too late. The food was incredible! We got the onion ring tower and two different burgers. The onion rings were perfectly crispy and the burgers were cooked perfectly and so delicious. We will definitely be back!

I ordered the High Octane burger which came with fries. I enjoyed the burger, the patty was seasoned well and cooked medium well how I asked for. The fries were a bit dry to me so I wish those were a bit better but oh well. Service was great and fast and the ambiance/decor inside was great. Really nicely decorated and such a fun place to sit.

My kids loved this place. Big menu, fun ambience with moving cars and themed bathrooms.The service was ok, but a little slow.We tried burgers, brisket, fries,Onion rings, Mac and cheese, sweet potato tots and more.We left stuffed.

First time at fords and I had a good experience. I ordered the combo meal that came with ribs, pork burnt ends, smoked sausage corn dog and fries. I can do ribs with or without sauce. In this case the ribs tasted better with the bbq sauce that I asked for to be on the side.The service was awesome and the food came out in a timely manner.

My favorite burger in cincinnati. Cooked to perfection with so much flavor. Our waitress was very attentive and this place has such a unique and enjoyable atmosphere. great spot for an after work happy hour with coworkers or a night out with family.
