I received a beautiful, fresh arrangement from Flowers by Angie. I ordered from 1800 Flowers website for local, next day delivery. The confirmed delivery date on the 1800 Flowers website differed from what I had chosen as the delivery date. I called 1800 Flowers, and spoke to a customer service rep who changed the date to the next day. I timely received the beautiful flowers! Please note that if you order from 1800 Flowers, the fine print states that if the local florist is out of the flower depicted in the picture, then the florist retains the right to substitute the flower. Thank you, Flowers by Angie! I look forward to using your services again!

Let me begin by saying that this review is based on one occurrence. However, I was upset at how there was a lack of checking one's work. I placed an order for an arrangement for Valentine's Day for my wife. As I came home from work to find the arrangement my wife received, I was taken aback at how unfinished it looked. It seemed unbalanced, and just lazily thrown together. A couple flowers were even broken at the stems. It was just not pretty to me. It should also be noted that it was not even close to what the arrangement looked like on the 1-800-FLOWERS website. I called 1-800-FLOWERS and complained to them and they said the florist would not resend the order. I was upset again with that. They wouldn't give me the name of the florist and would not tell me why for discretionary purposes, but then I read the card on the flowers and it had Flowers By Angie with the address. So here we are. 1-800-FLOWERS took care of me and remedied the situation, but I was not impressed by the lack of self-evaluation by my florist, or whoever put he arrangement together. Flowers By Angie is wonderful. Angie is doing my flowers for my wedding. She really listened to what my vision was for the flowers of the wedding and was able to take those ideas and make it a reality that was affordable for my budget! She is incredibly sweet and very personable. I won't be going anywhere else for flowers! I can't wait to see the final product on the big day!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My son ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They never arrived. My son called 1-800-Flowers and they arrived from Angie's a week late. The bouquet included wilted flowers that were NOT artfully arranged. I called to let Angie know and she argued with me about the color of the flowers. After explaining that whatever the color, they were dead flowers Angie finally said that the delivery person would pick up the bouquet. I told her I would bring back the bouquet and she led me to believe that she would do the right thing. Once I got there, she argued that the flowers were not dying, that it was not her fault that they were a week late, that they were arranged in the vase beautifully and she should know because she is a 'florist'. Basically insulting my intelligence at every turn. She kept the flowers and accused me of being angry about something else. I was angry because I drove across town with wilted flowers and got a bunch of lame excuses. She was not interested in doing the right thing. So buyer beware- do not use Angie's- you will be very disappointed!

My friend ordered flowers from my birthday from 1-800-flowers and the order was fulfilled by this business. My flowers did not arrive on my birthday. They said they couldn't get in to deliver them and would deliver them the next day. By the next day, they still had not delivered. My friend contacted them and asked them to deliver a FRESH arrangement as the flowers would them be three days old. Day 3- still no flowers. Day 4- I go to my apartment office for something else and find flowers to me at the desk. They'd been delivered the day before and the delivery person told the office they'd spoken to me and told me the flowers would be in the office since I wasn't home. Spoiler alert-- they DID NOT call me, or my friend who sent the flowers. On top of that, there was white debris in the bottom of the vase and one day later, the water smelled RANCID. I imagine this was still the original arrangement from five days earlier that the tried to pass off as fresh. Long story short, NEVER NEVER NEVER use Flowers by Angie. TERRIBLE customer service!!!

Very frustrating experience. Flowers arrived on time but most had not opened and several appeared wilted and hanging. Multiple stems were practically snapped in half and the bouquet was nothing like the advertisement and not nearly as full in appearance. Was told to send pics (which I did) and that I would receive a partial refund. Calls, texts, email form on the website...nothing. No responses, no refund. Very disappointed. Bad experience.
