Firehouse pizza consistently has the worst service I've ever experienced. I live close by and it's often impossible to have a pizza delivered. Sometimes they are cold, sometimes the price changes, and sometimes the pizza never comes. This place should go out of business. I've had a 1 star experience at least 10 times with them.

My friend and I were told by the employees that this is the best pizza we will ever have. This pizza is sub par at best. We were both highly disappointed after having bought the smallest pizza available for $10. Sure we tipped, but it was a big regret. Talk about wasted calories.

It's not bad. The pizza is fine. If you are ordering carry out and like their pizza I'd say you would have no problem with this place. The only knock is their delivery time and their reliability. If it's past midnight expect and hour to an hour and a half. Half the time I call I either get a rude person or my call isn't picked up at all, but hey they are open until 4 am and deliver until then. It is what it is. I think people should have a lower expectation of what this place is. A very late night local pizza shop that usually takes forever to get to your house. Either way I'm still ordering if it's past midnight and I can't drive because I'm stuck at work (I work 3rds) or it's the weekend and I shouldn't drive.

First time being back since its reopening. The place has expanded and allowed for indoor seating as well as outdoor seating. Had a large pizza, cheese sticks, drinks and ice cream/milkshakes; all of which were delicious. Especially the big dill sticks which I have not seen anywhere else in town. At one point, an angry customer returned and the worker running the front counter handled it very professionally and attempted to help the lady as best as she could and resolve her issue. (even though it seemed that the lady didn't want help but rather a free party size pizza) Would definitely be returning and recommending it for a nice spot in BG.

It's the first time in about 15 years that we ordered from Firehouse Pizza. We ordered half Supreme, half Vegetarian pizza no onions on the veggie side. There were NO mushrooms on the Veggie side. . That is the one thing I look forward to on a pizza. The mushrooms on the Supreme side were canned. The pizza was very dry. Needless to say I am supremely disappointed. Please work on developing your craft of pizza making.

Worst time ordering a pizza from this place. Ordered the pizza at 12:50 A.M called at 2:30 A.M to see where it's at. They say they brought it back bc they called and we didn't answer when the door never knocked and we never got a phone call once. Stayed up until almost 3 in the morning for nothing. Do your self a favor and go ahead and fly to Italy if you want pizza faster than this place.(Edit) 3/17/19 Ordered firehouse pizza for the second time. Honestly they got here within 30 mins. Delivery man was super chill. Pizza was fucking amazing honestly. Fuck Pizza Hut, fuck dominos, fuck racist johns, firehouse pizza is the shit.
