Fenwick Place Apartments

My husband and I have lived here since 2015. We absolutely love it! I cant say enough great things about Kim and Kathy. They are totally understanding and take any concerns or issues seriously and they handle them promptly. Maintenance is fast and thorough. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful. The community is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Stop on by and see for yourself. I highly recommend Fenwick Place Apartments to call your next home.

After living here for multiple years, I am still eager to renew my lease with Fenwick Creek Apartments, in large part due to their phenomenal staff. Kathy Conley does an incredible job advocating for her residents and is always a friendly face. She has ensured everything is as expected and she genuinely cares for the tenants living here. Jonathon (maintenance department) is another awesome employee who is always very friendly and happy to help! They make it feel like a great community to be apart of and an easy reference for people moving to Louisville. Great prices and great amenities.

Living at Fenwick Place Apartments was an experience to say the least. The leasing office staff , Kim and Kathy, we're both very polite and attentive every time I needed something. The location is great, close to many food places. The pool facility was great during the summer and rarely ever crowded. Now for the MAJOR problem at Fenwick place. THE BUGS. Within the first month of moving in I could already tell the big issue was going to be a big problem. The hardwood floors seemed amazing at first but we're not properly installed which allowed bugs to creep in between the floor and baseboards. The windows are also not sealed properly allowing spiders, gnats, millipedes and more to get into my apartment. I contacted the office many times about these issues and they seemed not to care. Only until we reached out to the property owner themselves was something done. And even then they only put these sticky pads around my apartment which were horrifying to have out if guests came over. My bedroom window even allowed a full-grown lizard to be able to get into my apartment. Do not live here unless you are willing to kill multiple bugs a day and have sticky pads with over 10 species of bugs in them the entire year.

Can't say enough about the amazing office and maintenance staff. Property is safe abed well maintained. Community is of all ages. Lots of extras and fun activities. It's a must see!!!

Noise is fine. Parking is fine. Neighbors are fine. But the bugs and bad maintenance are brutal. My very clean apartment is infested with fruit flies, fungus gnats, springtails, millipedes and centipedes. I have sticky bug pads lining most of my walls, which is humiliating for any kind of company but the only way to go, unfortunately. They come through windows and doors very easily. The gutter drains right by my window, creating a haven for all moisture loving bugs. The fake flooring is rolling up in areas and my humidity level is always extremely high. The bathroom caulk issue is constant. Maintenance doesn't really fix anything- they bandaid it until you get tired of asking. They will make a giant mess feet wide while bandaid-ing something and never clean it up. I asked to move to a different apartment b/c of the bugs and I was told I could, but the cost would go up $150 for the same square footage b/c I had "such a good deal" on the first apartment. So now I'll be going on every site possible showing what a "good deal" I got. Hopefully there is a place to attach pictures of my bug roommates.

Fenwick is a great place to live! The staff are very personable yet professional. They've always remembered my name and are attentive to my needs when I stop by their office. I never feel like I'm an interruption to their day because they take time to catch up with me. When I moved in a year ago, all appliances and counter tops had just been updated. The maintenance team is knowledgeable and has addressed all requests in a timely manner. The landscape looks beautiful and is well kept. I renewed my lease, and they offered a renewal gift if I'd like them to replace an appliance or paint a wall for free, which was a sweet bonus!
