I like Fat Patty's. This one not so much.The "hostess", and I use that label advisedly.... a girl who looked to be all of 12, demanded that I put on a mask to walk the ten feet (literally) to my table. Then, poof! once you sit down you are 100% impervious to the plague.This apparently makes perfect sense to people who view voodoo and OUIJA as science.Burger was fine, as expected.The waitress seemed more interested in visiting with her BF who was sitting at the next table (fortunately exactly a very safe 6 feet away from me) to attend to refilling my water glass or anything like that.

Ohhh Fat Patty's... bringing back all my college day vibes! My friend and I ordered a to go order to take to a local park. My go to's were always the pretzel patty or the buffalo chicken wrap. This go around I did the chicken wrap (sadly, buffalo sauce didn't seem to be an option anymore). Everything is just as I remember from when I use to frequent in college. Still solid food, even for take away.

What a great dining experience! Truly a masterpiece in the West Virginia food and bar industry, which brings me to my discussion about my dinner selection: the Kickin' Chicken Bacon Swiss. What a great sandwich. The blackened flavor kicked me in the face, leaving me with a bloody nose and a black eye, but not as black as the chicken. This location in Barboursville, West Virginia, knows how to please pickle lovers too as they have some of the most picklelicious pickles. I will be back, but probably not if the Triple D buzz ever dies down at Hillbilly Hot Dogs.

Came in expecting the same wonderful fat patty's we've always enjoyed but today was horrid. The waitress was nice but come to find out, under this "new management", if it isn't built that way on the menu, they can no longer do it. This is extremely disappointing as there are burgers that need subbed for a black bean patty for vegetarian options and they refused to do it because it wasn't on the menu that way. Huge fail on the new management for doing this and not allowing simple substitutions to fit dietary needs.

Sometime last year this place was bought out and it was immediately turned around but over the past few months has plummeted right back to where it was before. Prices have increased substantially and the happy hour I used to love going to was changed and I stopped going along with all the other regulars. Place was like it was years ago and was packed every night but now I hardly see anybody there anymore. Don't recommend unless things go back to what they used to be. Hopefully things will change soon because I don't see staying open much longer at this rate.
