Fat Boy Q

Saw them at the Viking Festival in Ashville. Pretty long lines, waited till it died down. Everyone seemed happy with their food. Got the three bone platter with a side of mac for Baby K.Ribs were excellent: meaty, tender, smoky, a tiny hint of heat in the seasoning. No sauce needed. I tried a bit and it was good, a little sweet. But unnecessary, sign of good meat.The mac was good too. A bit too "fancy" for Baby K, meaning flavorful and not completely basic. Really good as a side.Super good service. Decent prices. Pretty much the basics on the menu, but you don't want complications with bbq, or a food truck, anyway.

Visiting my sister in Ironton Ohio and she said we HAD to go see Fat Boy Q for the best bbq and Mac & Cheese. I must say it was dang good! The smells coming from the food truck was delectable. We came back for the max & cheese because it wasn't ready yet and boy was it worth it. Laws have mercy it's good.

I had the Mexican street corn, bbq nachos and the macaroons. Street corn was outstanding! Nachos could've used a little more bbq sauce, but still delicious. The MACAROONS were out of this world. I think I'm gonna have to start stalking this food truck.

What can I say? The food was great! Our group ordered cornbread, smoked brisket, pulled pork, coleslaw, collard greens, and mac n cheese. This Brother can cook! The mac n cheese and collard greens were some of the best I've eaten all year. The food arrived on time, and the service was excellent. This was the second time our church placed a group order, and we were not disappointed.

Best ribs ever! Melt in your mouth tender and the BBQ sauce was perfect! We also had the loaded pulled pork baked potato and pulled pork sandwich which are also excellent! Thank you for cooking up some great food at affordable prices. Service was great on both of my recent visits. Bless your business!

if I could give the food truck zero stars I would I waited 10 mins being the first in line and they ignored me. the lady at the window was rude when she finally came to take my order. dint eat here

I usually come here every Friday and get food. This place absolutely rocks. The guys give great service and definitely like to see their customers happy. If you're new to this place I definitely recommend the pulled pork sandwich and an order of their Q fries. The ribs are absolutely !!! If you're in the area check out their instagram page and see where they're gonna be at. It's 110% worth it and you won't be disappointed!

This was honestly my first time trying Fat Boy Q's and it was amazing and really good priced. The brisket was sooooooo juicy, smoky, and seasoned great. The wings were also amazing. I never really cared for wings with dry rubs i always got sauce but the Memphis dry rub they used tasted great. Ill definitely be getting food from here again.

Just stopped and got the brisket sandwich and the Kansas City Q bowl from these gentlemen and I can say, really delicious! Great prices, quick and really good food! Thanks fellas, look forward to getting it again!
