Pizza was excellent and the smoked wings were also very good. The sauces weren't quite to my liking but the wings didn't need them. They have a private room for events which was perfect for 30-50 people. The private room allows for cakes to be brought in. Perfect for special occasions.

A little late for my Yelp Thank You Thursday but, I remembered lol. My best friend and I have been coming here very regularly since late 2019 and don't plan on slowing down any time soon. What originally brought us here was Bandido being next door which is now no longer there, we would get Bandido just about every time we visited here. Old 502 winery is located adjacent to what was Dogebean which is currently temporarily closed as well. We come here not just for the beer but, for the service as well. Tyler has been there since we started coming. We've seen faces come and go over the past few years but, they have gotten to know us very well. Big S/O to Katrina, MJ, Kyle and anyone else I'm forgetting. Our Old and Colds are poured pretty much as soon as we walk in the door, that's how well we are known there lol. And you may catch Kyles dog Thora as their friendly personal greeter there. Our personal favorite is the Old one and Cold one which is the Shot of Old Forrester 86 and a Classic Pilsner. But over the years we really favor their Seasonal Beers like Ottofest and Saint Nick red ale. Really Missed them having Ottofest mugs this year but sadly it was not in their budget, I blame it on Bandido moving but, things happen that we can't control. They did have the Ottofest beer this year so that's good. We really look forward to Saint Nick Ale and the boot glass they come out with every year. The Taproom does have quite a bit of space on the inside and a sofa as well, you can also book parties in the private room close to the gaming machines. There are also plenty of board games as well. The patio is lovely in warmer weather and you may catch Vinyl Richie playing out there in the warmer months. Definitely dig the green van outside. We will definitely be back regularly. If you all happen to be in the neighborhood feel free to stop by for good beer and great service, you may catch me and my friend hitting the gaming machines on our once-twice a week visit. Definitely need to see some food brought back next door instead of food trucks coming periodically, they will definitely get booming again. I miss Bandido next door but, hopefully the Falls City Kitchen can be a reality. It's been advertised for months but, no updates on that. If not Falls City kitchen then hopefully something can go next door. Be sure to check out their monthly calendar for taproom events.

On the night we went the temps outside were in the 70's and they were playing the new Hocus Pocus movie which I thought was pretty cool. The inside is decorated pretty cool and the bar is located inside the back door, down the stairs and around the corner. The bartender was super nice each time we requested additional beers. We had the cider and the sour and both were awesome. The don't serve food so we had pizza delivered from a pizza place nearby. We sat outside on picnic tables but they did have chairs around a fire element someone else was using. If I lived locally this would be a go to spot for me! I really enjoyed hanging out at this establishment.

Went here about 2 weeks ago just for some drinks before a soccer game. I usually don't like to leave bad reviews but the bartender really hit a nerve. There were 2 bartenders, one was clearly training and the other was experienced. Every time the training bartender would ask for help, the experienced one would very clearly express her frustration or roll her eyes. I've worked in the restaurant industry before so I understand how hard and frustrating it is to train someone in this atmosphere. The problem I had was that the experienced one was talking bad about the girl training to her co workers where everyone at the bar (myself, my boyfriend, and another man sitting a few seats down) could hear her. It made us all super uncomfortable and the man a few seats down pulled the training girl aside and told her she was doing great. She wasn't even doing anything wrong, would just do something and then ask the trainer if she was doing it correctly. We ended up leaving after 1 beer simply because we didn't want to have to hear the trainer say anything else. Kindness and respect goes along way these days and clearly the trainer doesn't care about either. The beer I had was decent though and my boyfriend said his was okay as well.

The Kitchen at Falls City Brewing Co. probably isn't going to win any major culinary awards but the fries are really the perfect consistency of a crunchy outside and a soft inside. And the smash burger's patty has a great char-grill taste with the right amount of saltiness to it which is nicely complemented with the special sauce that's served on the side.I enjoyed my food and beverages in the beer garden because it was a beautiful afternoon but the inside is also a great place to enjoy a draft beer with two friends or twenty (maybe call ahead if you've got 20 others joining you, they might want to set you up with the side room ).I love that Falls City always offers up a wide variety of craft beers. If you're a hophead, there's the Hipster Repellent IPA but there's also a solid classic Pilsner, smoked beer, golden ale, Kölsch, stout, and more that rotate through. All great beers, served as they're supposed to be.

We stopped in here after 502 winery. They are in the same building, and the beers were pretty good. They have a cool atmosphere and some games to play as well.

Cool spot. We weren't set out for this to be our destination; just happened to be here for a weekend getaway and happened upon this gem. Staff was very pleasant. Wasn't busy at all when we were there but I can see this place getting slammed. Very nice outdoor area with room for food trucks and nice outdoor seating. We don't get to this area often but would def. come back when in town.

You ever been to a place where you have to wipe your bottom with paper towels because there's no TP? That's this place, and this happened. (Yeah. No toilet paper. None! Had to do a poop walk of shame around other customers to get the Soviet grade paper towels. Not happy about admitting this.) Also $9.01 for ONE BEER? If I'm in NYC, I get it. But, this is Louisville. $9 for a beer? Sorry. $9.01 for ONE beer? Please punch me in the taint and bring me a wet nap. I'm begging. I'm in the back stall of the men's room.
