We visited this area today to partake in the Lucky Leprechaun 5K put on by RaceRise. We only spent a few minutes in their facility. Parts of it seemed a little dated, but it overall looked clean and well-kept (especially the gym and daycare). While running the 5K, the ground appeared well-kept. I did spot a rather hilarious looking concessions trailer, but it didn't seem out of place and did a good job of providing the kind of ambiance I would expect in rural Kentucky. Would run here again!

The facilities are great. I use the weight room and they have everything I need. Staff are friendly. However, there are a few continuing problems.1. The weights in the weight room are never, ever, ever sorted into their correctly labeled spots (you can only blame other patrons up to a certain point--then you have to start asking why the staff aren't enforcing a sorting rule or sorting them themselves).2. The wifi is spotty.3. When equipment breaks, repairs take forever. One of the selectorized weight machines had a weight that stuck for months and months after I politely mentioned it to staff multiple times.4. The men's bathroom by the weight room often has a very strong urine smell and the hinge on the stall door is not dependable. And handle on the sink in there has been broken for weeks.5. The second hand on one of the wall clocks in the weight room is broken, and has been for a long time, which is frustrating if you want to time a lifting rest. (It's a small thing, but it's the kind of thing staff should handle without having to be asked by their customers. Plus, who wants to be "that guy" who asks them to fix their clock? I already asked once--now I'd rather use up my political capital asking about the wifi.)6. Any time you have to do ANYTHING in the office, it takes forever. Reception and basic bookkeeping tasks move at a snail's pace.Again, all the staff are very nice, and overall things are not bad. However, there are some continual/recurring (and frustrating) problems that appear to be a lack of proper management.

My daughter had a birthday pool party that she attended here for one of her friends. I only saw the indoor pool which does have a nice party room beside the pool. Family restrooms were clean and nice. They had life guards there although one wouldn't let them use the noodles. The indoor pool is 4' or so at the lowest point so you need to bring a life jacket or foam floats. The plastic blow up ones are not allowed. The prices seem reasonable for parties. If you have the party during normal hours it's 40.00 per hour for 25 kids and 10.00 for an extra 10. I believe that has to include adults as well. You can bring your own food and drinks in as well. Definitely will consider it for my daughters party since she has a winter birthday.

Pool is clean and lifeguards attentive. The lazy river and small slide were fine. But my five year old was too small for the twisty slides and the water was amazingly cold. Plus, there were no pool chairs available

I only come here to play basketball in our church league but the gym is in excellent condition and there seems to be a lot to do for a family that lives close. If I lived in Versailles I would highly recommend you checking this place out.

I can honestly say Falling Springs is the worst gym at which I have ever had to work out.Repeatedly treated poorly by the staff, particularly the office staff. Most all equipment is in need of replacement. When equipment breaks (which it does an alarming amount), it is not replaced. You just have to learn to do without. It makes no difference if you make requests to get it fixed/replaced.They have recently gotten some new treadmills which are fine. They also recently got some (much much much needed) new dumbbells, but they only ordered up to 90lbs, so if you need to do anything above novice to intermediate, you are out of luck. The slots on the racks that came with the new dumbbells for 95lbs-110lbs just sit there empty, collecting dust. To be clear, the standard minimum dumbbell weight for a gym is 130lbs. The standard for the little 24/7 strip mall gyms is 100lbs. Falling Springs goes to 90lbs...All the barbells are bent, except for one which is also newly ordered. It is, however, not a standard barbell. It is some kind of cheap model. But if someone else is using it then you are still better off to wait than to use one of the old bent ones. They close at 9 for most of the year (10 during the winter) which is unacceptably too early. If you are any kind of a serious gym-goer at all, you are better off joining the Workout Anytime in Versailles, or making the 10 minute drive to Lexington to a real gym like the Beaumont YMCA or the LA Fitness in Palomar.

I've lived in Versailles my whole life and this has been the go-to spot ever since i can remember. The gym is nice and so is the weight lifting area. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are both very clean. Great place for just about any kind of recreation.
