A trip to Evans Orchard & Cider Mill is a 5-star experience every time. I can only speak to fall visits as that is the only season I've been. There is a HUGE kids area that you pay extra for, but there are SO many other activities and things to see and do for free. It's also nice because you pay for what you do, instead of one high price to do it all. The shop is huge and smells wonderful. On my most recent trip, I bought a bunch of apples-- which were all delicious and make me sad that I ever had to buy grocery store apples. I have purchased their honey in the past and enjoyed it. You can order drinks inside and food/drinks from the stand outside. Sadly, on our last visit, we were there a little too late to to order food (though I have had the pimento cheese sandwich before and it's DELISH), so we opted for an apple cider float, and boy are we glad we did. It was AMAZING. Best frozen treat I've had in longer than I can remember. I also grabbed a container of pimento cheese to go as I think it's the best I have ever had. It's a little pricey, but worth it for a treat. It has whole cheese shreds instead of being more of a spreadable texture. The flavor is totally on point. We also grabbed a jug of cider. It was good, but not my favorite I have ever had. There are tons of places to take cute photos and you can pick your own fruits in different seasons. Highly recommend a trip to Evans Orchard & Cider Mill!

This was an amazing sop as we headed home from dining at a nearby establishment, I loved it from the minute I stepped inside. We picked up lots of delicious vegetables, apple cider donuts and fresh cut flowers. They are friendly and welcoming! I can't wait to return!

Evan's Orchard is off the grid for me, but I was in the vicinity today and decided to stop. I collected some beautiful produce and still warm Apple Cider Donuts. A must stop if you 're anywhere nearby, or take a ride one lazy day.100

SO FUN! We went on a Thursday and was surprised at how many people there were, but we still had a blast! Lots for kids to do, and lots to eat and drink! Such a good way to spend an autumn day!

Bring the kids and dogs! What a great place to spend some family time. There's a ginormous playground with petting zoo. There's also a great country store with lots of home grown fruits, veggies and canned and baked goods too. The slushies, both kid and adult were quite tasty. Small cafe for lite lunch or snacks too. Lovely day too. The property looks huge so lots to see snd I suspect pick throughout the summer!

I had an absolutely lovely Saturday here. My friend and I were looking for a place to enjoy a fall day and didn't want to go to Huber's (we are from Louisville). I had passed by Evans Orchard previously but hadn't stopped. I figured this would be a perfect opportunity. We arrived shortly after 10am and were able to quickly find a parking spot. We headed to the U-Pick pumpkin patch, where there were several cute photo spots. The pricing on pumpkins wasn't bad at all (0.49/lb). We found our pumpkins and paid for our first purchase. Then we wandered to the cider mill side where we did a flight of hard ciders. We sat in the rockers while enjoying our choices. We finished the day by making some purchase in the farm store (apple cider donuts are a must!) and then headed to the apple cannons. What is an apple cannon? Pure joy. You load an apple into a cannon, aim to a target and pull the trigger. They were perfectly safe to use and provided much laughter as we tried to hit the different targets. This will definitely be a place we revisit as it wasn't too crowded and we were able to actually enjoy our fall morning.

While it's a bit expensive, it's such a pretty place. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of our trip. We grabbed some goodies and sat outside, enjoying the pretty weather.

Me and my family had a excellent experience the staff were so nice, caring, and always were smiling. The donuts were the best soft and delicious. The play area was very clean and well kept and my kids loved it along with the mega slide they said it was the best. They had apples that you could pick and they had explained everything really well and were very helpful with that. The store clerks were kind and fast when I said I wanted the slushie which was the best they had it out so quickly. The corn maze was absolutely amazing they said it was 5 acres and it had a actual design which was really cool as well.5/5 would highly recommend if you have kids and just fun to walk around and enjoy the views and scenery.

Perfect day for Applefest. The location is beautiful . Exceptional staff - helpful, kind, and courteous. Delicious warm donuts and apple pie made my day. The grounds are beautiful. I purchased a peck of Gala Apples and Asian Pears....whew best I have ever tasted. When you visit, you must have a cup of hot apple Cider or Apple slushie. I definitely will visit again to try their other goodies....you should too.
