Our service technician Mark was awesome. He was polite, friendly, and proficient. He got our little big rig connected in less than 30 minutes. We hoped in his well maintained kw truck & drove an hour over to our destination. He had great conversation. Mark is a smooth, and safe driver. He even showed his concern for us by asking if we needed to stop by the convent store. I highly recommend you request Mark with Ellis towing they rock.

Our tire blew on I-65. Called AAA and in about 15 minutes, the truck arrived. The driver was courteous, friendly, and professional. Great customer service.

Very dishonest and unprofessional company. One of their drivers backed into my son's car and caused damage. They requested 2 estimates that were sent to them. After avoiding his calls and emails for a month they then requested pictures of damage. Then proceeded to lie that their driver claimed he was not at fault. Sad that a company cannot admit fault and do the ethical and honorable thing. I have absolutely no respect for a company who lies and neglects responsibility.

Had a great personal experience with this company and the driver, Steve, that they sent. Had just passed the Louisville airport on our way to Nashville, had the cruise control set heading down route 65 when the car lost all power and the check engine light came on. Managed to limp off the highway to the next exit. Called AAA and Ellis towing responded. Now AAA says 90 minutes, it was a little bit more than 2 hours we waited,but hey, we were off the highway and safe. Wonderful gentlemen by the name of Steve showed up, told us to get into the truck and towed us the rest of the way to Nashville, to a Mazda dealership. Cannot say enough nice things about Steve. Loaded and unloaded our car with no problems. And if you don't have AAA premiere, I recommend it. The tow of 177 miles did not cost us anything. Thank you Ellis towing and Steve for our safe arrived in Nashville.

We had as good of an experience as you can have when your car's alternator decides it's had enough. By some miracle we were able to pull off I-65 into the Bullitt County Welcome Center rest area and called AAA. They dispatched Ellis Towing and they arrived within 20 minutes and drove us to the nearest Toyota dealership. The driver (whose name I did not get), was helpful, kind and we had a very nice conversation on our way to the dealership. Would highly recommend!

I called AAA , they sent these people . Driver shows up and call his dispatcher and states he broke a mirror from tree limbs along my drive way..not the truth ..I took photos. No broken mirror or mirrors.

This was my first experience with having to get my car towed. These guys were great from start to finish. Very courteous! Very prompt! I definitely recommend them!
