Elizabethtown Florist & Greenhouse

I have been buying and ordering flowers from this establishment for over 15 years and have always been satisfied with the quick, friendly and professional service I received. They offer high quality arrangements at reasonable prices, deliver the same day and offer military discount. Even when I was deployed to Iraq for a year, all it took was a quick phone call to order flowers delivered to my wife to let her know I was thinking about her. Highly recommend.

So, I've been hesitant to review, as I've never been the one buying or ordering the flowers from Etown Florist...but as the recipient of about 9 arrangements in the last year and a half...they were all beautiful and not quite the fairly sterile FTD - planned meh. (This includes one arrangement received since new ownership was established, though I'm not sure how involved the owner is in the day-to-day.)(One had several blooms a bit less than fresh that wound up being 'swiss cheesey' a day after receipt. I hate it when removing done blooms or stems completely ruins an arrangement in a vase, when the rest is perfectly lovely.)Anyway - I'm hesitant to give a global recommendation, as the sender of my arrangements is a pretty amazing artist and a knowledgeable gardener...and given that I'm betting he was ordering in-person, especially...perhaps the unexpected notes I loved so much were my dear man's (TM) plans.Regardless, they must listen when given the "no g*d*mn carnations!!" schpiel. Really. He knows I hate them even more than he does.Good product, timely and problem-free delivery, etc., etc., no matter how hardcore FTD their website is. Prices slightly higher than Mulberry or Rosey Posey, but so is their product, at least as I've received it.Can't comment on greenhouse, as I haven't yet been involved...perhaps for next year's yard (?)...

Etown Florist has been I'm this town since 1947! It's a great little place.Excellent quality and truly care about their customers.

Both my fiancé and I went to get prices on flowers for our wedding. The First Lady was super rude to us. Said we need to have more of an idea of what we wanted before we came and then tried to pawn us off on another employee. The second employee was nicer to us and gave us more ideas and prices but we still felt like an inconvenience to them.

I ordered a small charcuterie box as a housewarming gift for my parents and it was perfect!! The delivery person called to update us they'd try back the next day since no one was home at initial attempt--great communication! It was delivered the following afternoon and they just loved it! Online ordering was easy and follow-up phone calls were promptly answered with friendly service. Thanks, E'Town Florist!

I've ordered from this business and they delivered great products. I live in Hawaii and use the to deliver gifts for family in Elizabethtown. Their fruit arrangements are always super fresh and my family loves them. I highly recommend this business!

I would give this business 0 stars if I could. I have made numerous attempts to contact the owner of the store by phone (leaving a message with the receptionist every time I call), Facebook messenger and even email. About 99% of my attempts were unsuccessful. I won a bridal package in February of this year which included my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnières, flower petals, corsages, and cake flowers all for free (picture for proof of what was offered by the florist). After trying to contact her for several months off and on, with little to no response, I finally called and drove an hour out of the way to meet with the owner face to face to discuss the package I had won. I told her I needed silk flowers because I was having a destination wedding due to Covid related issues and she said it was NO PROBLEM. Never once indicating that she couldn't provide anything in the package I had won. We discussed how I wanted my florals to look and everything. Six weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything from her. I would randomly send "inspiration pictures" of what I wanted the flowers to look like. I tried messaging on Facebook (no response there) and calling and she finally answered the phone saying my flowers would be ready for pick up the following week. When I arrived all she had made was 4 bouquets, nothing else and she wasn't even there when I picked them up. She never once told me she wasn't going to provide anything else in the package. The bouquets were cheaply made with duct tape sticking out from the ribbon holding them together. They also looked NOTHING like what we discussed or any of the inspiration pictures I sent. The receptionist told me the owner would call me to discuss the rest of the package she did not provide but the owner never reached out. My mother in law messaged her and she completely lied to her saying she told me I was only getting 4 bouquets. Which was not the case at all. I only had 2 bridesmaids, WHY WOULD I NEED FOUR BOUQUETS???? This business has the worst customer service ever. I would have preferred to speak with the owner directly about this, but she refuses to call me back even though I have requested her to call me at least 4 times. Not only is there ZERO communication between the owner and her customers but the flowers she provided were nothing like what I requested which made it all so much worse. My wedding is in 9 weeks and I wish she would have just communicated that she wasn't going to provide the package SHE OFFERED 6 months ago! Complete waste of my time!
