Elite Fitness

I was staying in town while seeing the sights in/around Frankfort and the Bourbon Trail. I like to visit different studios/gyms while traveling not only to stay in shape, but to see what they have to offer.Elite Fitness has an affordable day pass for visitors (you don't have to a a member "sponsor" you). The fitness center was spotless, equipment was well spaced out, and I felt like I had everything I needed to do a cardio and/or strength workout.I chose to do one the group fitness classes. This particular class was led by Tisha, the manager. I do group fitness classes regularly and would say this was a great class because I was safely challenged. Tisha understood body mechanics and offered suggestions to meet everyone's fitness/mechanics needs. In other words, you can push yourself without getting hurt.I'd definitely visit again.

Love this facility. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Gym is very clean and has great workout equipment. We toured a couple facilities and this one blew the others away. So glad we found this little gem.

Cancelled my membership today because I was told I couldn't watch the business news on TV. The man working said the boss banned news channels because "The outside world doesn't belong in here." What does that even mean? Don't spend your money on this woke place.
