Very well hidden in the Tradewinds Plaza but worth the trip. I've had the Pollio Bandito and the cheese sauce is the best in town. Don't forget your cash. No cards accepted.

Best authentic Mexican food in Somerset. Small place but big flavor. You grab your own drinks, no soda fountain.

Others have called this place magical and it's the perfect description. You walk in through the grocery section to the back restaurant and that's where the magic happens. Authentic delicious Mexican food doesn't begin to describe how delicious this is. The refried beans are unreal, especially dipped into the crisp, homemade tortilla chips. They make the rice homemade and I've never had Mexican rice taste better than from El Ranchito. The chicken and steak fajita meat is flavorful, tender and didn't have any weird pieces of fat you'd find at other places. And the queso and Guac are killer. And checkout the homemade pico de Gallo in the photo. Everything is homemade from this family biz. We literally at here earlier in the week and it was soooo good we got catering for the family a few days later. It's authentic Mexican in Kentucky. A much try.
