El Buen Taco

This gem reminds of taco trucks in California. The real deal. The only downside is I should've bought more tacos.

Still a 100% solid experience. Street tacos and quesadillas and tortas ready in a flash. If this truck is not on your rotation, you're missing out. Don't forget to tip your waitress.

This place is packed regularly. It's a taco truck right outside of a liquor store. Many times the workers will come to your window and take your order, then they'll bring you, your order along with the sauce. Once finished, they'll come collect your plate and cash. It is only cash, so go to the atm before you come here.Everything is pipping hot and fresh to order. Friendly, fast and delicious service. I didn't get a chance to take pix of my food but best believe it was that yummy!Update 4 days later....I went on a Wednesday night and the parking lot as always was super packed and the service wasn't as quick as they normally are, but still great food. I managed to get a photo of the tacos this time. I ordered 2 steak, 1 chicken, and1 tripa (intestines) all with an extra side of avocado. Everything was tasty and the green sauce always hits me as it's deliciously spicy but so good on these tacos. Definitely an authentic taco truck!

They have Jowls, Tongue, Tripe, Asada, Barbacoa, Pollo, Pork. They have the best torta. Their tacos are second to none. Both sauces have the heat. Best taco truck. Highest recommendation. Pro tip: they will take your order from your car. You don't have to get out if you don't want.

Delicious authentic tacos with friendly service. Food truck where sweet lady comes out and takes your order. The meats are well-seasoned and not dry. Lengua is always my go-to meat, but their barbacoa is money too. The tortillas are tasty and have a nice crispy to it as well. And the green salsa is honestly one of the best salsas I've had. Great flavor with mild heat. The red salsa has lots of heat so eat at your own risk! Overall, this food truck is a place I'm willing to make a drive for from the other side of Lexington. Highly recommend!

Some of the best tacos in Lexington at a very small and unassuming food trailer. Staff are also very friendly!

The steak and pork are amazing. At only $2 a taco these are the best. We ordered them for lunch at school. Quesadilla was large and loaded for only $6. Arrange for lunch or a dinner night. Delicious. Authentic.

El Buen Taco is in front of the Imperial Liquors on Village Dr. It should definitely be a go-to taco spot for anyone. They serve tacos and tortas with tacos under $2 and tortas around $6.I got one taco each of tripa, al pastor and carne asada.Tripa - best I've had, I like tripa to be crispy but still needs to be a little chewy, this was great with the (HOT, be warned) red sauce.Carne Asada - wasn't my favorite or best carne asada I've had, but on par with most Mexican places and trucks. It was much improved with the delicious, and mild, green sauce. Al Pastor - it isn't "del trompo" which is to say not cut from the stand up rotisserie also used to grill gyro meat. But it's marinated like normal al pastor and still good all the same. This one was nice with a mix of green and red sauces. Both sauces are great and have a nice smoky flavor as well. All in all El Buen Taco is very good! It's clean, with friendly service and awesome food. I highly recommend this taco truck!

Discovered this taco truck the other day and already went back for seconds. The food is delicious and service is amazing! You don't even have to get out of your car to order.

Tacos are good, I'm not a fan of how you order and whatnot but the food is solid. Sauces are good and the meat was tasty. Pretty well sized, just a solid truck.
