Every year we come here for my daughter's dance recital or the nutcracker with LDF. The whole place is so nice and clean and big too! Unfortunately if you don't get there early enough, you will miss out on the really close handicap parking. There is more, but not super close. They always have a drink and snack bar setup which is very convenient at the break. Ample bathrooms and the campus is beautiful!

This is a great venue for concerts. There's no bad seating. For a recent concert I attended, parking in the prepaid lot took 30 minutes. There seemed to be a inefficient process for directing cars. The lines for drinks were also long so we missed the start of the concert due to the parking and drink lines. I recommend planning to get to the venue an hour before the start time. However I was pleased that a bud light only costs $5! Overall I'm a big fan of seeing concerts here.

We went to a show at EKU Center for the Arts and came away a little disappointed. Our seats were 4 rows from the stage but the acoustics just sounded off. I'm not sure if it was a sound issue or possible that the speakers were pushing the sound over our heads. In any case the show was fun and we were surprised to find that the venue sold beer, wine, liquor. The first beer line we were in ended up being cash only but they had an ATM or another line that accepted cards. Parking was easy and everything seemed organized for entry/exit.

Excellent venue! Easy drive from Lexington. Clean and well organized space. Would suggest that they move the merch tables a little farther away from the bar but not a big deal. Parking was simple and the free option (just across the street with a short walk or using the free shuttle) was a pleasant surprise. Don't pay extra for parking unless someone in your party has a mobility issue or you have money to burn. Save that cash fir merch or a drink! Not sure there is a bad seat in the house though our ten rows back and right off center seats were perfect. Four stars rather than five dye to the sound discrepancy between the opener and the main act. Opener sound seemed set for a much large venue - overwhelming and a little distracting at times. Main act sound was on point. Looking forward to seeing more shows here.

This is a beautiful theater. Comfortable seats. Great acoustics. Orchestra 2 is a very good section, and I would select seats here again. They are less expensive than the main orchestra section. I didn't get up to the balcony so I can't speak for that area. Thirty minutes from Lexington, so an easy drive.

It's a wonderful theatre. It is modern looking, clean and well maintained. The only thing I wished when purchasing tickets for the concert I went to was that they did not tell you it was pre purchased parking only. I had to park across the street and walk over but I wish I had known so I could have purchased a parking pass when I bought my tickets. Other than that, the place is great and I would go again!

This is a beautiful venue on the campus of Eastern Kentucky University. I've been to concerts, wedding receptions and formal dinners here. The public has some access to the venue which is a perk for the community. The seating and access handles the flow of people well. All seats offer good views the box seats have moveable chairs. Parking can be tricky so my advice is to go early!

This place is located in the heart of Richmond's EKU. It was easy to find and the parking was awesome! Sadly, this was one of the most disappointing venues I've ever stepped foot in. It was so poorly organized. The beer lines were over 45 minutes long and after waiting that long... they ran out of the type of beer we wanted. My husband went back later and they had ran out of our second choice also. They are both cash only so bring cash because their resident ATM was out of order. Go figure. As far as the seats go- we were in the tier 1 seating. The acoustics up there weren't that great. I'd stick to the floor seating for sure.

EKU Center is a great venue. The best thing is how easy and convenient the parking is. It's really great that they offer free parking that is so close to the building. I've seen several shows here and would recommend it to anyone. They are also very friendly when walking in, someone is always around to greet you.

I got to watch a show there and it was amazing, if I could rate it higher I would. I would love to go again.
