Let's talk about the Ambiance of this place. It was sooo laid back and the tea lite tables with small but appealing decor was perfect for a night like last night. My husband and I was looking for restaurants and I remember they mentioned this place in a group i follow in our town. Let's say.... They did not let us down! I love the brick wall and the feel was just relaxing and intimate! Now, I know y'all been waiting to hear about the food. We was able to talk to the chef and all. He explained the concept behind food. The Apple Brine Pork Chop was soooooooo tender and the mash and carrots was the topper. Not so heavy, not so light. It was just right!! My husband ordered the snapper and thinking it was going to be a whole snapper with the head and all. Nope! It was a filet snapper on top of a bed or risotto. It was seasoned well and the risotto was creamy to perfection. The manager is amazing and this place is a perfect fit here in Bowling Green. If y'all ever have time and looking for ....... Waittttt a minute. I forgot to talk about the drinksssss!! How on earth! So they have the Key Lime Margarita... OH MY GOD! It was Key Lime in a glass and went down so smooth. Now, that spicy margarita will add a kick in your life and open up any block sinus in your body. It was definitely good especially if you love "Spice in your Life!" But like I said, Make plans to visit this place and trust me you will not be disappointed. The dessert I have in the fridge so I'll have to tell y'all about it another time!

If you haven't tried Eau Bistro yet, what are you waiting for? We had an incredible dining experience Wednesday night: beautiful setting, excellent wait staff, and delicious food! Be sure to try the lemon drop martini if you like alcohol. We had the seafood chowder and goat cheese and heirloom tomatoes as appetizers, and the apple bourbon glazed salmon and apple cider brined pork chop as main courses. Our server, Ryan, was very informative and just overall awesome! Everything was perfect, and this place is now our go-to restaurant!

Entree didn't include a salad, bread, etc! Could be a nice place but they need to include more for the prices charged!

Amazing food! So so good! We had tile fish, tuna, scallops, and salmon. All were excellent!

Made it back again. The tuna was so amazing last time, but I tried a fresh dish tonight. The salmon is superb. Caesar salad is light and crisp. Once again, the service is fantastic, friendly, and very attentive without being interruptive. Cocktails were perfect.

The service was excellent and the food was simply amazing! We had the grilled scallops with truffle butter, potato purée and herb infused coulis. It was so good and the potato purée was buttery and delicious. The beet spinach salad was excellent with a balsamic vinaigrette that was mouth watering. Another in our party ordered the seared golden tile fish. Although none of us had ever had it, it was a very mild white fish that was prepared exquisitely! It had gnocchi, artichokes and lump crab fricasee. You will also want to save room for dessert. The key lime crème brûlée was enough for three of us to split and it was so creamy and tangy! We will definitely be back and are thrilled Bowling Green has a new restaurant of this caliber.

I really enjoyed my meal. The fish was cooked with skill. The service was great and discreet. I just enjoyed the entire meal

Great night out! My wife and I went out to celebrate her birthday and the restaurant didn't disappoint. The atmosphere, and service was top notch. Now the food, we had the Pan Seared Tile fish and the Sward Fish. Both dishes were prepared perfectly. We also had an appetizer, the blacken tuna. The tuna was prepared sashimi stile. Very good. The bar had a nice selection of top shelf bourbons. The bartender really knows her craft. I would give her 5 stars as well. We will return. P.S. Navy beat Army the night we had dinner. Even better night!
