Always a wonderful experience. Everything I order is custom and beautiful. The staff is personable and compassionate. They have arrangements for all budgets and I've only experienced high-quality materials being used. This is a hometown favorite!

One of the prettiest arrangements I've ever had in my life. They delivered to my dorm and they were so fresh and beautiful. My boyfriend said it was extremely easy to work with them and even he was shocked at how great it all turned out. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone over and over!!!

I ordered flowers from E Stephen Hein for my wife at the recommendation of the staff of the Gratz Park Inn where we were headed for a weekend in Lexington, and I am glad I listened. The flowers were in our room upon arrival and were simply amazing. Most importantly my wife loved them. They were an outstanding mix of iris, roses, tulips, ranunculus and lilies. I cannot understate how beautiful they were.

I ordered these online, last minute, this morning at 7:30 a.m. The florist opens at 8:30 a.m. The gorgeous bouquet was delivered to my mom's workplace by 9:30 a.m. with TONS of compliments from her coworkers. I am very impressed by E. Stephen Hein Florist and would highly recommend them to anyone. My mom can't stop gushing about her flowers!

I needed flowers to thank my cousin for her hospitality. Mr. Hein fixed me right up. She said it was the most beautiful bouquet she has ever received! We are both grateful. He was so personable and even took the time to show me the roses he is drying from Rich Strike's Derby blanket. We aren't in Lexington often but when we need flowers, we will be back. Highly recommend.

I have been using this florist for a number of years now. My partner lives in Lexington while I am in Scotland, so I have need a high quality, reliable florist and E Stephen Hein has consistently been fantastic. This includes some very late minute orders, and has definitely kept me out of the doghouse! Strongly recommend. Norman

DO NOT USE MR. HEIN. My wife got scammed. We used Mr. Hein for our wedding. Several weeks later, we were picking up a final item we had already paid for, and he said we had not paid for it, charged our credit card, and refused to refund us. On top of this, Mr. Hein insulted my wife before she left his shop. Avoid Mr. Hein at all costs. He scammed us for over $500.

I ordered the Serene Paradise (deluxe) arrangement, pictured below. The flowers that were received are very different from the photograph on the internet. When I called to address the mishap with the florist, a very rude associate answered the phone and was unable to provide a reasonable solution. She also stated that she used "as close to purple as she could" and didn't think that changing the color of the entire arrangement necessitated a phone call to me prior to making the arrangement or delivery. Will not be using this florist again and would recommend not using if you would like the arrangement that is delivered to look like the arrangement that was ordered and paid for.

I ordered an arrangement for a close family member funeral. I am not from Lexington and have had bad experiences with florists in the past when ordering from out of town. I spoke to the owner personally to order, he could not have been kinder and reassuring that I was in good hands. Well was I ever, I have never been more pleased. The beautiful arrangement exceeded my expectations! I wish I had had the opportunity to take a picture to post. They were tasteful and elegant!
