My boyfriend and I were excited to try Durango's because we just moved close to this location. The salsa wasn't all that great, so we decided to give the queso a try. It's the worse queso I've ever had. I can make queso better and that's not saying much. It was so runny...the texture was like a thin watery soup. I'm hoping that this was just an off night for them, unfortunately for us, we probably will not be back to see.

Simply the best Mexican to be had in Lexington. There are so many choices but this place has stood the test of time. The carne asada is off the chain here. The owner is super nice and there is never a wait. Come get you some Durangos today!

OMG ITS AWFUL! And I have been going here for years. It's dirty, dated, food is tasteless and service was sloppy. There are many many other places to eat better.

We each got our own side of rice, beans, and toppings and it was so yummy. It was more than enough for two people. There were only a few people working and they were very nice. It looked like only one woman was serving all the tables and she was doing a great job!

Fantastic servers, fantastic authentic mexican food beautiful ambience and amazing margaritas. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite Mexican places in Lexington! Which says something, because there's a lot of good Mexican food here! It's my go-to for standard Mexican fare.

Ordered 2 deep-fried ice creams. I live right behind the restaurant, and it's 17° outside. I can't even imagine what happened to it in the kitchen except it got dropped and they gave it to us anyway. Shame on you.....

I love this place. I will drive the 30 mins it takes me just to eat here. It is quality, and the people here are so welcoming and truly care about the food they serve you. I always get the guacamole and Pico. It's so fresh, unlike many other places I've gone. I get the chicken fajita with the Mexican sausage, and it's soooo good. I have never had a bad dish here or bad service. I'm so thankful I stumbled upon this gem! Thankful for the amazing food and amazing people.

Durango's is a consistently good Tex-Mex neighbor restaurant. We have been going there for 30 years. It's a family run operation with friendly service and good food. Don't expect anything fancy, but you will feel relaxed and at home. I know other families that have also gone there and new families where the parents started going there as small children, and now take their own small children there!
