Coffee tasted like burned sugar water. Donut was stale.. My Grandson, Henry would not eat it

Dunkin is my new favorite coffee spot, it's on point, and reasonably priced. Service is friendly and fast, our new go to.

Ordering thru the drive thru:employee - my I take you orderMe - May I get 6 glazed donuts pleaseEmployee - it that allMe - yesEmployee- pull aroundMe - get to windowEmployee - opens window and says nothing just looks at meMe - I realize my total is listed digitally under the window and hands her my cardEmployee - runs card and had me my card receipt and donuts and never says a word..... no thank you no have a nice day nothing just looks at me.I take my things and say thank you.... Still no response from the employee.... I said "wow, great customer service" with no response I left.With a lack of even a minimum level of customer service I will not be back!

Let me share the worst experience I've ever heard from a Dunkin chain. Went there this morning to get a cup of coffee, a guacamole toast with bacon, and an old fashioned donut. I would have never thought you could mess up med, hot coffee with 2 creams and one sugar but here we are. When they handed me my cup I explained that the label said it was 4 sugars and two creams. No harm right? Nope, a person that I imagine is the manger came to the window and said something to the effect "it's good sir" and that they added the two creams. Smh. So I'm at 4 creams now along with the 4 sugars. Whatever, I guess I'll have a little more energy this morning. They gave me the rest of my order and I drove off. Do the road I proceeded to enjoy my toasted avocado. Nope. They forgot the bacon completely. I check the recipe and yes, they charged me for it. Whatever, I don't need the extra calories anyway. My first bite tho. I had to pull over and vomit it out on the side of the road. The taste.... Well thats say I know what a green dishrag tastes like. Well at least I have my old fashioned right? Well, I looked as if they took half the donuts away to make an entire donut. It was probably the thinnest old fashioned I've ever had. Mind you, in my home town, I drink and eat from Dunkin's almost everyday on my way to work so I can say I've had my fair share of donuts. Lucky for me I'm only in town for a few days and don't half to worry much longer but where to get my Dunkin fix. Seems this place found ways to cut cost at the cost of their customers. Probably never gonna come back to this location when I'm back in town. I might even try Starbucks.....nah, I rather eat from a garbage can.

The door was closed when we got there!!! There was only one person working when we went, but then another family came in & let them in. The ambiance wasn't great. The food was terrible!!!

***Update*** Under new management and it shows! The hole in the wall is repaired, they had doughnuts and people to take our order. I hate to give a 1 star review but this Dunkin' Donuts has major issues. The last couple of times I visited, the service was extremely slow and not friendly. I feel bad for the employees- it would be hard to be friendly if you are working with a skeleton crew. It seems that they never have enough people working. Last Saturday, my family stopped in on the way to a basketball game. We immediately noticed that there weren't many donuts available. After waiting several minutes with no greeting or hint that we would be waited on, we left. Two other customers walked out with us. They need to call Gordon Ramsey for some type ofrescue mission.

This location is one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. The drinks are made inconsistently, you never know if your latte will just be a flavored cup of milk or so strong it might as well be black coffee. The staff is argumentative. Pay attention before you pay, or use the app, because they find a way to make it more expensive. There's a $3 promo right now and when we ordered they charged us $4+ and when we asked they said "that's because you ordered the iced latte and not the signature iced latte" which is what we tried ordering. They just shrugged and closed the window. The hash browns are always dark and whatever they cook them on must not get cleaned.

I cant stand the this location, its the only one that is convenient to me the services is awful the gentleman in the window yourself is fine the married couple no my order is never correct today I had a rather bigger order everything went fine then I go pay too get my drinks but not my food come to find out she put my order into two separate ones drinks one the 1st food was second wtf no apologies no my bad just demanded for my card back for the second time I know this seams small but every time I go to this location on Dixie I never get good service myself and my family will not be going to this location until they are under new management

When I visit the store it is abundantly clear the hardest worker inside the store is in fact not even a person taken an order nor an individual who is preparing an order but it is in fact the costumer who is placing the order and willingly accepting it to be inevitably wrong. Third time being here and I honestly will be striking it off our morning commute. Do better.
