Drake's - Pikeville

My wife had the filet and it was delicious! (I tried it) We also shared the trio salsa appetizer. Service was wonderful!If in the area we will be back!

Food was good I got chicken asada and my wife got chicken tenders. My birthday was last month but their birthday reward last 45 days so I got a cookie with ice cream it was good. Waitress service was good she kept our drinks full and checked in on us multiple times.

The food was great my burger and wife's crab roll only down side the shrimp dumplings little flavor needed some sauce. The waitress was great could not beat the service. The place was very clean tables were clean as soon as someone left.

We are so excited to get to welcome Drakes to Pikeville on their opening night!! The place was absolutely packed yet we were able to walk in and grab two seats at the bar. The staff were all smiles and they were hopping. We ordered virgin cocktails and buffalo chicken dip appetizer and all were very good. For entrees we had the mushroom Swiss smashburger and the mini juicy Lucy's. The food was all fresh and flavorful! We will be back soon to try more of this diverse menu!

My son and I wanted to eat in Pikeville so we decided on the new restaurant. The parking lot was packed and it took a few minutes to find a parking spot. I felt like the spaces were too small, even though my vehicle is not large. We went in and was seated immediately. We were first taken to a table near the back of the restaurant, but it was near a main isle where the traffic was heavy. So I requested a booth and the hostess lead us to a booth close to the bar. The table and the seat had the same, flat, wood surface. The seats and table were also elevated, so you sat with your feet off the floor. There was music videos playing and the sound was pretty loud. All of the items on the menu were above average in price, with some of the the better quality steaks very expensive (over $45). Most appetizers were $15.99 and up, as were the sandwiches. My son ordered the appetizer (for an entree) chicken Quesadilla. He added a side of tater tots. I ordered a Mushroom swiss hamburger with tater tots. He ordered a water and I ordered an unsweet tea with no lemon. It came with a lemon. The food came out about 10 minutes later. The tater tots were crisp and tasty but not hot. The hamburger was about half cooked (but, I didn't specify for it to be well done). It tasted fine, but not exceptional. My son said the quesadilla was good. The waitresses were somewhat friendly and checked on us often. However, they didn't seem like experienced waitstaff and didn't seem to focus on their customers. The total bill was about $43.00 for an entree, an appetizer, a side and one drink.I don't mind paying more for a really good meal, but the very uncomfortable seating and loud music. The food just wasn't worth the price and I can get as good or better food for a much cheaper price. I don't think I will go back.

Food is great. Service is awesome and the aesthetics of the place are top notch. My only negative point is the prices. Way too pricey for the most part for your average person like myself to consider eating there regularly.

Food was great and boy so was the beer. I love dark beers. The Country Boy Shotgun wedding was perfect! It went well with the chicken tacos ( Enough for 2, but I ate it all myself!)

The teriyaki bowl and cheese burger and fried pickles were amazing service was great we sat near the white wine bar

I travel into the area every other month and eat at Drakes. Good food, drinks and service!
