Fantastic people, fantastic service! Unfortunately they were unable to fix the problem, because it turned out to be a faulty piece of equipment, not anything they did. I would use them again!

Do not trust these guys! Not only did they take months to complete installation, the tv was never mounted straight. Also, they failed to put surge protectors on any of the equipment they installed. After a surge, I lost my expensive brand new TV and the overpriced receiver they sold me. The other items off the same power source that were professionally installed, had a surge protector and were not damaged. They then lied and said a declined a surge protector. They then said they'd give me a replacement receiver but then reneged. Untrustworthy, unprofessional, overpriced and incompetent. Use Best Buy installation for a fraction of their cost
