I rent lighting here a few times a year for events. Renting has always been easy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They've always had what I needed and follow-up to make sure everything worked correctly. I will continue to rent from here for future events.

This place is a serious f€*%×ing joke! Some of the rudest people ive ever dealt with. I walked in there today with intentions on spending ALOT of money.. I'll never step foot in there again!!!! They are terrible

I was sold a faulty guitar amp. They have me excuses and sent me after a pedal that was supposed fix, but multiple attempts never fixed. So I went to return the amp, and I was held at by a heavy set women because I was just past my 30 days. Which was because they kept giving me bad info. Service is rude and they don't value repeat customers. Stay away!

Great store. Nice selection of guitars, both electric and acoustic. Employees are fairly knowledgeable, and helpful.

Staff very friendly, took my bass in for a Jack input fix. Fixed it quickly and perfectly, gave it back to me no charge! Good instrument and music knowledge. 10/10 love this place!!!

I began going to the Doo Wop Shop several years ago to rent different things. Every person there has been so wonderful in helping me with everything that I need. I am a music teacher but I am not very good with technology and they always walk me through every step of how to hook things up. I even called the other day and said that I had forgotten how to hook the wires up to a sound system that our PTO had purchased from them last year. The employee was so incredibly helpful and kind. Thank you so much Doo Wop Shop! You guys are great!!
