Donatos Pizza

I called to order some pizzas and the kids who answered couldn't figure out how to use their point of sale system. So, I ordered the pizzas online, using deals/coupons from the website which the kids on the phone earlier couldn't figure out how to apply. They told me I couldn't get the deals clearly listed on the website, but sure enough I had no trouble getting it to work online. I pulled up to the window and they still tried to overcharge me $5 more than the total I was given on my online receipt. That was at 5pm, and the order said it would be done at 5:15pm. It is now 5:45 and they had me pull forward out of the pickup window line because my order still isn't ready. It wasn't complicated. A cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza, and 25 naked wings with sauce on the SIDE. Unacceptable. They just gave me my order nearly an hour later and the hot chicken rub is ON the wings, and half the wings are for kids who won't touch them if they're spicy. I pulled back up to the window and they're giving me more wings hopefully naked this time.It would appear their computer systems and chain of command are in need of a complete overhaul. An hour wait for two pizzas and some wings is ridiculous, thank god I don't have the kids in the car with me this time around or they'd be flipping out sitting here this long.I want my time and money back.

We had a good time here. We stopped in here, and was pleasantly surprised with all the games and activities at this place had on the outside had a nice little swing and sit in and relax, and the pizza was pretty good at itself so I would definitely go back, and I recommend it. Service was good to.

We order from this Donatos every once in a while and we've never tried their subs so this time we tried their subs and my sub was delicious! I got the Italian sub and they're all baked and they're fresh and the buns are crunchy. If you've never had their pizzas, their pizzas are really good too and with our order we got free six piece boneless chicken wings because we have the Denado's app. My husband and daughter got the chicken bacon ranch and they said it was OK but I really loved mine. I forgot to get a picture of theirs but this is my sub below cell.

This was our first time to try Donatos. We were in town for a vet visit and decided to give them a try. The service was great. I had the hot chicken pizza with the pickles, wow, who would have thought pickles on pizza would be good! My daughter had a create your own style pizza and she thought it was ok, but did not enjoy it as much as she did mine. We also got the cheese bread which was very good, and the cinnamon breadsticks were ok, did not taste like freshly made. The atmosphere was very nice, and very clean. We will definitely be back.

Pizza tasted like they used the sauce from chef Boyardee canned spaghetti. Only tried the pizza.

Never disappointed. Very consistent and appreciate the consistency of their product. As a former Detroiter, it's good to see the product has remained excellent.

The management is very unprofessional if this is the one on cave mill. Sam Ward got me pregnant and then blocked me on all social media and won't return any of my calls, I've been commenting on everything and I will be taking drastic measures !

Pizza was great. However...the delivery was a complete fail. I put instructions on the order where to drop off. Delivery person left it at the wrong spot and never called or texted me. Found the pizza 20 minutes after the order said delivered and had to conduct a scavenger hunt to find it.

My wife and I ordered a pizza at 12 pm via the app and we got an email notification that the pizza would be delivered around 12:30 +/- a few minutes. We never received our pizza and after several attempts, we were never able to get a hold of the store to let them know. As I side note, I wish real people would pick up the phone these days. Automated phone systems take the service out of the service industries.

I ordered through the Donatos app and their app could use some improvement. The actual delivery was courtesy of a door dash driver. She was pleasant and showed up to the hotel rather quickly. The pizza and breadsticks were quite honestly terrible. As in a 3am hotel microwaved Totino's party pizza would have been a solid improvement over this "pizzeria quality pizza" at 5pm on a Sunday.
