I've only been once but have talked to them for hours about:Their grooming processHow to start socializing my poodleDiet & Training techniquesCommon problems for poodlesSeizure status of my poodle-in case she has a episode they take her straight to the vets office (thankfully out vet, Dr. Putnam is less than a mile away!)The first visit was a success, Roxy poodle walked away clean with a great cut and cute pink bandana. I'm grateful they know how to slowly start socializing the dogs, mine needs it after being harassed by our late chihuahua. To my understanding they keep the dogs in areas by energy levels and I love the concept of them being able to socialize while there instead of being locked up in a kennel. I'll definitely use their services again!

My wife and I have taken our two shorkies here for the past two years to have groomed. They do an excellent job and take pride in their work and customer satisfaction. Often times we have to call and schedule an appointment a couple weeks out as they're always busy, but that's okay. There's a reason why their schedule is always full!

I've been taking my fur baby, a German Shepherd puppy, to Doggie Livin' for a couple of months. I've used both their puppy day care and overnight kenneling services. They are great with her, as she pulls hard on her leash when I take her out of the car. She runs up to both the owner and their employees, which speaks volumes of the treatment that she receives. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing any services they offer.

Finest run business in Richmond. Its clear how much the owners love pets. Dogs are free to play with one another or can be kept in a stall if the pet or owner prefers. Tremendous value for grooming or boarding services. Wouldnt consider going any place else.

I have been taking my mini schnauzer to Matt and his team at Doggie Livin for about a year now and couldn't be happier with the grooming and care that she receives. They are nice and caring people and make you feel good leaving your dog with them. I gave them five stars because they earned it!!!

After my 29 pound Australian Shepherd/ Spitz mix was banned from PetSmart I was worried about how to get him groomed as I definitely do not trust myself to do it... I called Doggie Livin' and explained the situation and they were eager to take him on. When I brought him in I was greeted politely and asked about his behavior before I dropped him off. They called me back in what seemed like no time at all and said they were done and told me he did GREAT and was more bark than bite, that he was really no trouble at all. Not only did they enjoy his personality but it was THIRTY dollars cheaper than at PetSmart. If I could get them more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this business.

I would have been a new customer and wanted a grooming appointment for my dog. I contacted the phone number and followed the instructions on the answering machine. I did not received a call back. I called the next day and decided to text a phone number left on the answering machine and again no return call. This is very poor customer service and if this is the best they can do they don't deserve to be in business. I would not trust leaving my fur baby in their hands

I LOVE the staff at Doggie Livin. I don't trust anyone else to take care of my Tidbit. They are exceptional with what they do! Easy to work with and always helpful and efficient.

This is the only place my husband and I will take our dogs. Great prices for every size and trustworthy staff. Not a fan of the newer staff (one was very rude our last visit) but all in all a great place. Recommend to everyone we know and they've come to love them as well!
