Whenever we are in the area, we always stop a Dodge's. We fill up on the varieties of drink options & we love the chicken & other Food items. The staff provided speedy & friendly service & the store is usually well stocked & clean.

Stopped in today looking for breakfast....These mofo's have Country Fried Steak Biscuit Sandwiches!!!! Like Hardee's used to have, but 10x's better. I see weight gain in my future......

It's a good place to stop if your in need of a road snack or fast food. It was a regular morning stop the two weeks I worked there for breakfast.

It all happened one say when I was 13 years old. My Dad and I were going fishing. I was hungry. Dodge's Store was near. We popped in, and I got 12 spicy wings. We sat in the store while I ate. And my life was forever changed. It was like I had seen a vision. I knew that, from that day forward, I would never find fried chicken as good as that.And you know what? I'm now 31 years old, and I still haven't found fried chicken as good as Dodge's Store. For serious. The closest I have found is Gus's World Famous Hot & Spicy Fried Chicken in Memphis, TN. But it honestly isn't as good. Anytime I drive through Muldraugh, whether I'm hungry or not, I'll stop in and get chicken from Dodge's.The breading is incredible. I don't know what they do to it to make it so good. Has an abundance of flavor, and a good crisp.Truth be told - this place is merely a gas station. It's not a chicken restaurant. There are a couple of places to sit, but not many. It's definitely "to go" food. Which is fine. So if you're expecting the red carpet treatment, go somewhere else. If you're expecting the best fried chicken on planet earth, then Dodge's Store is your place.

I was surprised stopping at this gas station just to get something to drink and leaving with a chicken wing meal it was great, fresh, fast and convenient!

Best wings ever. No chain can compete. And what's even better is that it's a gas station. There isn't anything I've tried from here that wasn't good. A must stop if your traveling 31w. Oh and by the way, this place is in Muldraugh not Ft Knox.

When a GAS STATION can destroy... and I mean decimate a KFC to the point the KFC went out of business then that says something.Not only is this a place to get intestinal gas... you can also get gas for your car as well. You walk in and it appears to be a gas station, convenience store until you come to the counter that is dedicated to the gods of deep fried goodness. Their chicken is indescribably awesome and juicy. It is always fresh as it never stays in the cse long enough to get old.Then there's the "Jo Jo's" what they call their potato wedges... I don't need to describe just get some. This is a surprise that need not be spoiled.They also have deep fried ears of corn that are dipped in the chicken coating. I've yet to ever be disappointed by their food. What amazes me is that the prices are not that much more than they were ten years ago. Expect the unexpected here. Trust me ... and top your gas off it's usually $.25 less per gallon than Louisville. Good excuse to go towards Fort Knox to do my grocery shopping since I live in Southwest Louisville.

Surprisingly amazing chicken and corn dogs. Seriously, just stop off and try some. You won't regret it

March 28,2023 at 9am. Worst lazy employees. 4 employees stood in the back while there's at least 4 people in line. I asked if they can ringing people up. The manager says the only person workin the one register will get to us. Seriously lazy and rude

If I could find more reasons to travel up 31W to Muldraugh just to stop at Dodge's, I would. On the convenience store side of things, there's a great selection of snacks and cold drinks to choose from, but let's be honest... You're there for the chicken. I find their fried chicken to have just tad too much breading, but their tenders are where it's at! Their Jojos are potato wedges on steroids. Seriously, one jojo is arguably 1/8 of a LARGE potato. It is absolutely HARD to deviate from their tenders and jojos, but I can tell ya their spicy wings are pretty fire, and their corn dogs are pretty choice as well If you drive past this place often, don't be afraid to stop in and give it a whirl. I consider Dodge's Chicken a rare gem of Muldraugh.
