Crumbl - St. Matthews

I stopped in for a chocolate chip cookie on a Wednesday night. I tried to place my order on the tablet, but it kept giving me an error message. I asked a team member for help and she came right over to assist me. She atruggled for a moment but eventually was able to get my order placed. The cookie was pretty good! I'd get it again as a little treat every once in a while.

Ok so I am not sure the crazy dedication to this place. The service here was great. Super friendly and answered all my questions. The cookies are huge but I just found them tasting OK. The banana cream was ok but nothing special. I will try again but I had 4 different t once and they were good.

Came in on the 2nd day they were open hoping for a piece of cookie sample--nope. Seemed weird. One cookie was almost $5. Fine, but not the kind of cookie I prefer--much prefer a thinner & crispy cookie. Their cookies are very thick and rich. Got a chocolate cookie with strawberry frosting.

Young lady working was fast and friendly. But the cookie was a dried out mess. I have ate at the other location and always enjoyed the cookies. I'm super disappointed. I would think for a new location they would have fresh cookies not dried out sand paper cookies . Super disappointed. #dobetter

Bad cookies. I had high hopes. Dense, too rich, overpriced. The employees looked like they were being held hostage. Don't know what that was about.

Quick, easy, and delicious. I got the cinnamon square and lemon cookie. Both were great.

Over hyped. Over priced. Cookies were small. Yummy yes, but exactly what I could do at home. Nothing super special, was let down because id heard so much about these cookies I was expecting something amazing.

Apparently, this place is all about ordering online. If you try to talk to someone when you walk in, they look at you like you have three heads! cookies were good though!!

This location makes the best cookies! The workers are friendly and helpful, but the music was way too loud.

ran out of ingredients for the two cookie flavors i drove across town for. great job ordering stock on the manager's part.
