Crumbl - Nicholasville

I have loved Crumbl cookies from the very first time I had one and my favorite is the original pink sugar cookie!!! I will buy a box of just all those!! So believe me... I know those cookies. They had made these cookies so rarely available that it's been frustrating to me. But this week they finally had them again.... I go and get 6.... From the time I opened my box I knew something was lacking..... I don't know exactly how to explain what wasn't right cause I am not sure myself.... They were thinner than usual.... More rustic looking and dry! Very dry! For how much these cost this was very upsetting to have happen. Quality is going down!!!

You have to check this place out! Cookies are huge the flavors are all covered. They have 6 different cookies a week. The cookies are warm too! Location is in prime area. Cookies are made right there with fresh ingredients! Baked right there so be ready to enter and have your taste buds go crazy! It's true about the Brannon Rd neighbors! Close by when that sugar craving starts.

The customer service is trash. I walked in and everyone just kept on staring at me. I told them I had an online order, and they ignored me. The place is clean, but the attitude makes it ugly. I don't know if I will be coming back.

Went for the first time and ordered the carrot cake cookie. Could not eat it, the icing was pure butter, and the cookie had no taste. Money wasted

Their cookies taste horrible! They ask you to tip when the front of house consists of a computer interface. They are way overpriced.Did I mention that the cookies taste horrible?

My husband and I had no clue about this place until UPS accidentally delivered a package of theirs to our home. We kindly took the box to Crumbl's new location at Brannon Crossing and quickly learned how AMAZING the people and product were!!! Wow!!!Their store is super clean and organized, and the cookies are to die for! The best part, they are served warm!!! Our favorite is the Nilla Bean, and the Strawberry crumble, and we cannot wait to try others. Thank you for the fantastic experience and for being our neighbors on Brannon Road! Clean, yummy, cute, smells good, nice service, nice workers, good quality food, fresh food.

When the cookies hit, they hit. Sometimes they're a miss but it's honestly not too often. I do feel like this location runs out of some of the cookies more than other locations I've been to. Typical Crumbl store environment. Usually pretty quick service.

Service is basic. There is very little communication from the staff. If you want something modified it won't happen so don't bother. I'm always shocked by the question regarding tip since they don't talk with any customers, there's no modifications ,and you have to order and checkout yourself.
