I love the fact theres different cookies every week it makes it exciting even though i dont need no cookies lol

Great cookies just didn't get my points for order a 4 pack when paid online and picked up in person. Plus 1 cookie wasn't fresh very hard amd unedible

The food might have been good, but I never got a chance to order... First time being there. Only customer in store. Looked at menu, walked to the counter to place order. Apparently not one of the five ladies working seemed to notice me standing there. I pulled out my phone just to see how long I would be acknowledged. 2 min 36 seconds before I said yeah, I'M OUT! A simple, "Just a minute sir, we'll be right with you!" Would have sufficed. Anymore, if a restaurant has less than top notch food, but first rate service, I'M THERE!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I absolutely LOVE ordering ahead and getting told when I get there that they're out of the cookies I ordered. What is the actual freaking point of ordering ahead if you're not going to have what I ordered? This is the second time it's happened. I'm going elsewhere for cookies from now on. Don't bother hoping that they'll have what you want because 9/10 times they won't. Should just get rid of the order ahead option if you can't make sure it works how it's supposed to!

Gave me the wrong cookie because they run out of the flavor I wanted. They didn't even say anything to me and handed me a completely different cookie.

the wait is insane I've waited for 40 min now. and if the employee did more work than talk she would get more done. the cookies were hard. not worth it. not a great experience for me. prolly won't go back
