Creative Yoga

Wonderful yoga studio. I reserve sessions using Classpass! I've been attending the 6a power hour sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays and have been enjoying it. I wish they offered power hour every morning as I love starting my day with hot yoga, but I'll take what I can get. It's a nonjudgmental atmosphere, which I need because I am terrible at yoga. The studio stays hot and you definitely work up a good sweat, but it's not suffocating at all. Make sure you bring a towel, plenty of water, and your own mat. They do rent but at a cost.

Have been going to Creative Yoga the last month and enjoying it when I found out I was confused about a membership me and my boyfriend had signed up for. I had signed up online and a male instructor helped sign my boyfriend in person for this deal, understanding it in the same way we had, which was $120 unlimited for three months. What we didn't understand is that it was a recurring $120 a month for three months as it is stated as "Unlimited Three Months" online. The man that signed us up didn't either. The online membership option is extremely misleading. I thought every three months it would recur, as did the instructor we spoke with the first time we went. Fast forward one month later, Cara, the yoga instructor helping check us in today, was probably one of the most unhelpful and rude people I've ever dealt with in a professional setting in my life. She informed me it was not $120 for three months but $120 every month. I was disappointed but I had agreed to pay the $120 a month even after the misunderstanding but asked my boyfriend be refunded, as we knew he would not be able to come enough to begin to justify that level of membership. She did not listen to word of the story, she simply said no refunds, repeatedly and blankly, without taking into account that even an instructor there didn't catch this mishap. She was a callous and inconsiderate and the opposite of what a yoga instructor should be. She didn't offer to speak to anyone or help in any way. Literally just said no, she thought my boyfriend paying $60 a class was appropriate. Her attitude was disgusting. I paid $120 and walked out. I will not be back and would never recommend this place. If you have to go to this place, go to Brooke, shes wonderful.
