Omg this restaurant is cafeteria style service I love everything they serve the location is tricking the people are outstanding

I discovered this hidden gem on the first day of my trip to the city, and by the end of the week, the place was filled with my colleagues as word spread about their food. The colleagues I brought on my last day were foodies, and I could tell by their faces they were questioning my life choices as we entered the cafeteria. I recommended the "Cravings plate," which is a meat and two sides from the buffet section. I grew up eating made-from-scratch home cooked meals, and no kidding, this food rivaled my mom's meals! My skeptical colleagues were believers by the end of the meal. I enjoyed meatloaf, a pork chop, and a stuffedchicken breast with mashed potatoes, gravy, and cooked carrots and green beans throughout the week. This location is in the PNC Building at 5th/Main, downstairs immediately to your left. Zero stars for ambiance, but with a full belly, you will care not! I have zero food pictures because I inhaled everything immediately.

Cafeteria style at very reasonable prices. I'm surprised they draw a bigger breakfast crowd with this offering. Only negative was I asked for over-easy eggs and they were over-med/hard

We wanted a quick light breakfast. We each had the breakfast platter, two eggs, two slices of buttered toast and four pieces of crispy bacon. As this is a cafeteria, the eggs and toast were prepared as we watched. It was tasty and hit the spot. Being a five minute walk from our hotel didn't hurt either.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. Had an omelette. Good tasting but I actually have to say there was too much inside for only 2 egg omelette. Need to either add an egg or cut back some. Generally I grumble about no filling but this was over the top to much. Prices are great, flavorful was great. Just add and egg :)

Delicious food but this was catered through work and so over priced! We eat the at least 2x a month. They charged 315$ to feed 15 people in the office! 20$ a person...I don't link so! I think that is a bit over priced for 1 tray each of...Fried chicken cutlets Green beans Mac and cheese Mashed potatoes with gravy Stewed tomatoes Onion ringsA jug of tea2 x 2 liters of coke

I have gotten 3 lunch deliveries from this establishment within a 30 day span. Word to the wise....this is home cooked southern fare. For instance lima beans are more like butter beans and cooked until it is more mush than beans. Fried Cod doesn't seem to be hand battered and didn't have much flavor. I am not sure what they use to make their mac & cheese but I did not care for it much.The double bacon cheeseburger was the shining star of the 3 meals. I definitely could have just went for a single since the patties are pretty large. Fresh bun nicely toasted. Done but not dry. The fact that they deliver to downtown businesses is a big plus.

Cravings is a pretty good spot to eat lunch if you work downtown. It's not the kind of place you'd make the trip downtown for, but if you're working in the area it's a nice spot to go to when you're burnt out on the regular downtown restaurants. They offer lots of options, and a menu that differs each day. There will often be snack-type foods, like a soft-pretzel with cheese, as well as meal options, like fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and corn or green beans. So, they tend to have something for everyone, no matter what you're in the mood for.If you work in the downtown area, and especially if you're feeling like you're growing tired of the places you usually go, I definitely recommend checking out Cravings.

What a surprise! Excellent service, quick and tasty food. Cafeteria style so you can get anything you want.
