Anytime I have an opportunity to visit Ashford, I'm there. The farm continues to enthrall. But for all it's beauty, it is Triple Crown winner American Pharoah that brings me back over and over.54

The tour we had was awesome! Our tour guide was very informative and answered many of our questions with enthusiasm. As a uninformed tourist, I learned a lot about the studs and their lineage, the breeding process, and about the Coolmore farms. They showed us the barns and told us interesting facts about the horses that stayed there. They also showed American Pharaoh and Epicenter out of their stalls, which was a great photo opportunity.

What a beautiful stud farm. We took advantage of the Visit Horse Country Meet your neighbors weekend. Robyn was our guide and she was wonderful. Very informative and every question I though about asking she explained before anyone couldEven ask. This is the home of Grand Slam winner American Pharoah. He won the triple crown and Breeders Cup race. Justify also resides here in a separate barn. If you ever get the chance to tour do it. You won't be disappointed.

The premier stud farm in America, with a current roster that includes American Pharaoh, Tiz the Law and Justify. An outstanding and highly informative tour. We met Brian Twormey who is a tremendous ambassador for Coolmore and horse racing.

What a privilege to meet Triple Crown winner American Pharoah on the Coolmore Ashford tour! It took about a year to finally get tickets but it was well worth the wait. The farm itself is gorgeous: stone buildings and bridges, rolling hills dotted with scarlet trees and miles of wooden fences. We entered the stone visitor center to watch a short but stirring film and then it was off to see the champion thoroughbred, who was led out into the picturesque stable courtyard. His demeanor was just as calm as advertised, more pet than stallion-like, and he stood patiently while everyone in the group had pictures made with him. He was taken back to his stall and we toured the stable he shares with Giant's Causeway and other Coolmore stallions. We also saw the farm's graveyard, another stallion barn and the breeding shed. There were some children in the tour group so that last was a little awkward, but overall the experience was everything I hoped.
