Amazing food and coffee. I would pick the breakfast tacos or any of the breakfast sandwiches because I like the way they tasted and the texture better. I did try the steak sandwich and it was a little hard to eat and the steak was one big piece which made it a little hard to bite through. Coffee is great I would do the coffee with milk and then add just a tiny bit of Honey afterwards for an amazing treat. The sauce option is that come with your food are both very good I like the spicier one better. If you're in the area this is definitely a place to check out for a breakfast or early lunch.

Super nice and was great to still be able to order as they were about to close when we finally found their location. Pancakes always go hard and are fantastic! The carnitas tacos... were inedible so... can't speak on them. But we live for these pancakes!!!Inside of the Omni and such a great space for a community of diverse businesses. Very special place for them to be!

Great breakfast, quick service, but overly priced for what you get. I ordered a mama burrito, and it was the perfect size, filled with eggs, beans, green chilies, and just very tasty. However, even with inflation, it was a bit steep. However, I'm not opposed to returning

Great spot for a quick breakfast, brunch or lunch especially on a Sunday or Monday. I was surprised to find so many places closed in downtown Louisville on Sundays and Mondays. I stumbled upon this place looking for a quick lunch between conference sessions. It is tucked inside the open air market below the Omni Hotel. The menu is straightforward with just a few options. I went with the Chilaquiles con Huevos, added chicken, but no onion. While they made it, I walked around inside the market to get other things. They kept my dish under a warmer until I got back, which is great. It was a huge portion with a lot of chicken! I could have split this with someone! I ordered the eggs over medium to make sure the whites were cooked, and they were. Lots of flavor in the dish. Next time: I'll try the chilaquiles with chorizo.

I had the Mex-pert sandwich, described as having a chorizo patty. It was actually hard to find the chirizo. No patty, just little crumbles. The egg was perfectly runny. I didn't taste or see any avocado. Oddly enough, the sandwich had a nice flavor.I received my subpar sandwich rather quickly, while the gentleman that took my order and looked to be making my coffee was more involved with his conversation with the woman who gave me my sandwich, so I received my coffee 5 minutes after I finished my sandwich. The cafe con leche tasted short on the leche. Starbucks (which I think is mediocre) would've been better. The atmosphere is clean and trendy inside the Falls City Market.I wouldn't recommend the place

Best breakfast I have had in a long time! Do not sleep on this gem! Omnivore breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito with homemade hot sauce, fresh squeezed orange juice and, and Cuban coffee was a delight.Biting into the breakfast sandwich with bacon you meet the yolk as it runs down your face. Every bite was deliciously different. The burrito was the best I have ever had! Everything made to order fresh with the hard work of the Craves kitchen staff! Cannot wait to come back! Thanks for a memorable breakfast experience!I might get a burrito to go! It's that good

First time in Kentucky. While searching for a breakfast place, this app didn't show me this restaurant. It was through Google maps i saw the name and got my attention. The pictures looked appealing. However, due to scheduling I couldn't go to this place when arriving to KY. It was when heading back to the airport that I had enough time to order food to go. AND WHAT AMAZING SURPRISE IT WAS. The food is amazing, the menu quite appealing. The omni-vore sandwich was delicious, the aoili was superb. The only issue here is that they don't wrap properly a sandwich to go. Part of the sandwich stayed wide open and I couldn't travel with it like this. So I had to eat it on the premises. The chorizo+bacon burrito was perfect. One of the best breakfast burritos I have ever tried. The only things I regret is not ordering and extra burrito.I asked an employee where this chain was from. She said it was owned by Mexican living locally. So my question for the owners is: WHEN ARE YOU OPENING RESTAURANTS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. This chain could become the next Chipotle on steroids. From now on, Con Huevos! Has become a highlight when visiting KY.Salud!

What a surprisingly delicious meal! We had some hiccups with our breakfast plans and needed to jump into the Falls City Market for some food. I ordered the Mucho Huevos and the Burrito with chorizo (no pic. My guy was starving!)Mine was delish. Soft buttery roll with fluffy eggs with chive in them. Cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, avocado slices, and a mildly spicy aioli all worked together. My boyfriend got the Burrito de Mama and he loved it. I took a bite and it was tasty too. We highly recommend Con Huevos Craves!

I'm a sucker for con huevos. I try to go whenever I'm in the Lou area and have some time for breakfast/brunch. I was ecstatic to see this location in the Falls City Market as I was in the area and craving one of their breakfast offerings. This is a much more simplified, grab-n-go style setup, unlike their others. This, of course, makes sense given it's in a food hall. I ordered the micros huevos sandwich - brioche buns, scrambled eggs, cheese, and avocado. In theory, the perfect breakfast sandwich. Sadly, something was just "off" about this. It didn't have the full effect that i usually get at con huevos. It's worth noting that the wait time was very long (15 or so min for a breakfast sandwich). They seemed to have 3 staff (two chefs, one front of house) but they needed one or two more to speed up the process. Their condiments were also nearly out of stock and it just needed a quick refresh. Great to see this location in downtown, but hopefully staffing gets taken care of soon (I assume we can blame Covid here)!
