Clean Eatz-Louisville

I have loved my two experiences (so far!) at cleaneatz! The first time I visited, an employee gave me the full run down of all CE offerings. That night I took home a frozen meal to try (Buffalo chicken mac and cheese) and a bag of the protein puppy chow. Consider me hooked. I have only been back once to get another puppy chow and a protein coffee, but every encounter with staff has been super friendly. I am recently recommitted to my health and fitness goals. Walking in was a bit intimidating. But every staff member has been so upbeat and welcoming! I'd love to buy some meal plans and probably will before too long. Maybe next time I'll bring my notebook and work on those goals in the cafe area with a hot meal.

I honestly recommend this place for meal prep especially. They're fairly quick & always friendly. My cousin & I order ours together to get more meals & take down the price. Such a huge savings doing it that way. So grateful they have this savings option. It's Nice & bright in there. They have a pretty good system. Checking out the menu & seeing how their ordering system works helps to make it not feel so overwhelming. My only thing is I wish they would allow a little bit more modifications to certain meals. Luckily I'm not the picky one lol

Fantastic. The people working at the counter were super helpful during our time there. The guy recommended the bison buffalo wrap - wow! It was delicious. When I think of healthy food, I don't expect it to taste good - but it did. The sweet potato fries were also really tasty! My buddy got the "Big Boy" wrap - he really liked it as well.There was a lot of Taylor Swift playing while we were inside eating. That was okay, ha. I would have eaten outside if it hadn't been so hot. Would come back for the food and to try more menu items. We also got the smoothies and they were delicious!

This place had pre-made items that you heat up at home. The portions are a good size, the staff was friendly and it seems they have a lot of loyal customers, but every item was a bit of a miss for me. I was hoping for a slightly cheaper version of Factor75, but the flavors were lacking all around.

I tried this spot. So glad I did! I ordered a bowl. I chose brown rice, salmon, broccoli, asparagus and corn and black bean. It was all made fresh. It was delish!! The staff and owner were super accommodating and full of knowledge. You order at the counter. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. The kitchen is in open view and clean. I highly recommend this as you're go to quick stop pickup.

I started my Clean Eatz journey at the beginning of this year and I am already down 13 pounds! I swapped my morning coffee out for their Chike Protein Iced Coffee and filled my freezer with the Cauliflower Pizzas, Grab N Go meals and the delicious weekly Meal Plans. Best of all, there's no subscription required and I get rewarded on their app just for choosing healthier options!To top it all off, every time I grab my meals, I get a wrap or flatbread from their cafe and it never fails to impress! Every single person who works there provides exceptional service and makes the experience memorable each time. They truly care about my wellness journey!

I've been following Clean Eatz since they opened in Louisville and have seen good reviews of their food. They offer a cafe menu, smoothies, grab and go or meal plans. This location sits amongst the shops in Springhurst and during my visit they had a regular crowd.Grab and go meals are $6.99. This is slightly higher than frozen meals at the grocery but the portions are good, plus fresher! We picked up buffalo cauliflower and broccoli as well as 2 pizzas with cauliflower crust. The pizzas were a hit with the family. While there we also ordered smoothies. Mine was a strawberry banana. It was sweet, in that fake sugar way. I'm not sure I'd seek this spot out for smoothies in the future.Meal plans are released on Tuesday. My family is seriously considering ordering meals to plug in throughout the week. We need more protein, healthier meals and less stress of cooking. Follow their newsletter for meal options. They are active on social media too, and offer a rewards program. Friendly service during our visit. I'm happy to support this franchise or recommend it.

Tried this place for dinner one night! It's actually a chain. I had heard of it from a friend who tried it and loved one of their wraps.It's a good healthy choice around here. Lots of junk food options around the area. They tell you calories and there are also prepackaged meals you can buy for a good price.We came in and ordered at the counter to get the full experience. We got a chicken pesto wrap, the Arnold, a bison burger, and the Big Boy wrap. We tried the sweet potato fries and Mac and cheese.Tasty and very filling! Lots of protein too! My dad thought the chicken pesto was slightly bland and my sister felt like they didn't put cheese all over the macaroni, but I understand that it's also about portion control. They're giving you just enough.I did feel like they didn't put much salt in my bison burger, but perhaps they want you to determine your salt intake rather than eating an overly salty meal.All good prices. Some were less than $10, but everything is less than $15. They also have vegetarian options if you can't do meat. Staff was friendly! We were greeted upon entering.It's not a large place. A few tables, but mostly a place to grab takeout or grab a protein shake. They used to have vegan protein and don't anymore. But I hope that will change since I can't really do whey.Can't wait to come back!

Love this place! Healthy meal prep making life easy. Great tasting and super simple. Staff is so helpful and friendly. Love the vibe here!
