Classic Engraving and Embroidery

The folks here were quick to respond to a price quote via email and called me to answer more questions. Did great work embroidering a corporate logo on a winter coat for me. Quality looks perfect and was done in exactly the time frame they gave me, which was only a matter of days since it was a single item. Fair price and quick, high quality work!

The BEST place to come for your embroidery needs. They have been a staple of Lexington's small businesses for a long time. Family owned and operated, they take pride in their work and reputation. Tricia (and Family) have been helping my family with embroidery/engraving projects since I was a little girl- (Shirts, Sheets, Towels, Christmas Stockings, bows, Jewelry, Glassware, Anniversary Gifts, Birthday Gifts, Christmas gifts). They are great with communicating & providing proofs of artwork - Should you be indecisive like myself and like to see different varieties of fonts, colors, sizes, styles, etc. I truly feel appreciated and know my belongings are in good hands. Terrible customer service, dishonest pricing, average quality. Highly recommend passing on this establishment. Go find something better and save yourself the trouble.

They were so great! They allowed me to custom design my own monogram. They even stayed open late for me so I could pick up my item. Great customer service!

This place is very nasty and the staff where really rude and the girl who they have in the front looks like she is constly being beat they really need to shut down the place its nasty i saw rats everywhere and spiders and the staff called me really hurtful names DONT GO HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE also if i could give zero stars i would

I have been using them since 2004.Doing my business shirts, jackets, coats, etc...Average 2 times a year.Enough said...

Do not do business here. I was given a price quote and charged above that quote when I went to pick up my product. When I asked why the charge was over I was told there was a "last minute fee", which I was not informed about because I called the day before to ask for the price and asked the morning of and was told "10.50". When I said this was not the price I was given I was told I was getting upset over $5 for a "quality" product and that I should be happy with it and move on. I was also called "a child", "a peasant" because they do work for high up companies and I am just a "peasant" compared to their other customers. Do not go here. Pay more to go somewhere else, these people are rude and do not know how to have a conversation. Do not take your business here ever. I expect to pay what I was told I would, if for some reason there is an upcharge I expect someone to kindly explain to me why and notify me, and I am absolutely disgusted by the manner in which I was spoken to.
