Clarksville Strike & Spare

When this place first opened it was great l. Everything they offered worked. I noticed that the laser frenzy seem to had broken down and remained that way for quite some time. They removed that and slid the vr game in that spot. This past weekend I went and felt like I overpaid for a bracelet. Only 3 bumper cars worked. The VR set is not really working correctly, the skates can be replaced with new ones and lastly the laser tag carpet needs to be replaced. My son tripped and his phone slid out of his pocket and was left behind until we went back to get it from the spot he fell. I tripped over the carpet several times as well. I feel if you have machines down and or no longer working, lower the prices or start upgrading and updating things. I would hate to see this place leave soon but I would understand why if it did.

My family and I met a buddy of mine and his family and we went to the Clarksville strike and spare. We had a really good time the lanes were fun the bowling balls were cleaning nice the atmosphere was great they had a lot of fun games we had an amazing time here and we will be back

Clarksville Strike & Spare is kind of like a pretty good buffet, there's a lot of different stuff, none of it is the best around, but its still decent. First, they do themselves a disservice with the name. It implies bowling, which they have, but the facility offers a lot more. And, if you go at the right time, you can play with all the stuff for a really affordable price. This is especially great if you have family in town with kids and there's a wide range in ages. The bowling is good and the lanes seem well-kept. There was only one case of hitting the RESET button over two lanes. The balls, seating, and scoring animations were middle of the road but everything worked. They also offer roller skating, laser tag, bumper cars, an arcade, billiards, and a concession/bar area for relaxing. Again, tons to do, but I don't think I'd qualify any one particular activity as top notch. We all had a lot of fun for a few hours with ages ranging from 9 to 54, and that's saying something!

Clarksville Strike and Spare puts the one in Louisville to shame. A group of us came here expecting it to just be a basic bowling alley but we were dead wrong. It had an arcade, bumper cars and a skating rink. We decided to stick with bowling. The alley is up to date with really nice couches to sit at while you wait for your next turn. We also tried their food which was really good for typical bar food. The activities are expensive but that is to be expected. I will gladly come back if I am in the Clarksville area

The staff at this location is rude. The management team should really provide them with some customer service training. We came to have a fun time with our family, but the experience was ruined with multiple bad experiences from the very beginning. Meanwhile, there was an older, blonde security guard just scrolling on her phone, completely unaware of her surroundings while crazy things happen around her. It felt very unsafe.

Totally disorganized mess. Staff seam to be clueless. Paid for a Party Package and sorry I did. Skip this place.

Went here today. At first it was fun but then I started to notice some stuff. The furniture in the bowling area was dirty and had a lot of holes in it. When the cushion on the bench would scoot out the under side of the bench was filthy. The pizza was very greasy and wasn't good at all. Some of the employees weren't very friendly. One guy didn't even have a uniform on just a gray shirt and was rude. I went here once last year and it was great but now it's a dump. Also staff did not clean up any messes like there was an icee spilt in front of the games that no one bothered to clean up. Also half the games weren't working and wouldn't even let you play them and just take your money. The water fountains there were out of order and were since last year and the only one that worked leaked everywhere. Even the bench by the roller rink was filthy and covered in stains from who knows what and it seemed like only two or three of the employees were doing their jobs and I felt bad for one guy because he was running pizza's out and refilling pitchers and I felt so bad I wanted to go back there and help him. Then I had to help someone with something and sat my pizza down on the bar for a second and the guy without a uniform said I couldn't sit it there and said and I quote "I know for a fact you aren't 21" I'm not I was just sitting it down for a second to help someone and wasn't going to sit at the bar any ways. The tone he used was not very friendly and I doubt I will ever return to this dump. If I could I'd give it half a star or no stars at all

Two years ago, we had a birthday party for my daughter. It felt completely chaotic. The kids had a good time and all, but I was not sure the stress was worth it. This year, my daughter turned 10 and she asked to have her party here again. I was leery but wanted to appease my little girl. We booked the party. I showed up 30 minutes early in hopes of setting up as soon as possible. I was told I had to wait until 15 minutes before our time to set up. Within 10 minutes Marleigh showed up and we were able to get everything set up. Marleigh made a point of checking in with me, making sure I had everything I needed, and suggested things that I didn't even know we needed. She just made the experience all over, over the top. Thank you Marleigh. And a shout out for the GM, I think he said his name was Joe, working past his time taking care of us and just being awesome. Thank you all for a great day!
