My Mother is elderly and lives on her own. We had safety concerns with the propane leaking into the house, made an appointment over 2 months ago and they never showed up. They replaced our switch a couple of times and it still doesn't work properly. Finally I called AGAIN and Dwayne, (the office manager) asked what I wanted him to do about it. When I replied to please either fix it, or we will have to find service elsewhere he told me he would be picking up his equipment and then said goodbye and hung up. Amazingly enough they were out in less than 24 hours for that! I walked out and asked for the owners name to contact him with these concerns since I as a business owner would want to know. Dwayne was here for the pick up and explained again he was the office manager and I did not get the owners name. My Mother has had their service since 2009, never been late and has always paid in full. They will be losing a good customer.

Purchased two fireplace units from here. When we got to the installation found out that one unit could not used as it was going to not give us the code clearance we needed. We contacted to return and found out they charge 20% restocking fee. Was never told nor does their receipt state you cannot return items or that you would be subject to restocking fee. They claim they do not keep items in stock, yet we called one day to order and was told we could pick up the next day. Sound like they had in stock to me. Also we ordered pipe at 48" lengths and when we picked up we got different size, 48, 36, 24 which if we had used would have caused us to have additional joint straps at additional expense. I am not a happy customer and would not recommend.
