Happy customer from over 2 decades. We've been eating with them since their previous location. They're lovely people who make good food. 100% recommend.

I have been dining at China Star for years and it is the best Chinese food in NKY in my opinion. Veggies are always fresh and meals arrive hot and very flavorful. Annie is my favorite server and always very pleasant and kind. I'm not sure about beef but all of the chicken entrees have good quality chicken. Family owned business and it's always a win for us.

China Star continues to be a top notch Chinese food joint in Edgewood Kentucky. This was my first time being able to eat inside this restaurant since before the pandemic. I've always sang the praises of their eggrolls and they continue to be number one. Cooked perfectly crispy with so much awesome flavour from the cabbage and whatever else they have on the inside of it. I finish with some of their awesome hot mustard and it's simply heavenly. For my main course I got the Szechuan Shrimp. A nice portion of shrimp especially for the cheaper lunch meal that I got and it had a really tasty sauce that had a nice but not very strong kick to it. The fried rice and veggies were fine and it ended up being another delicious lunch courtesy of China Star. Continued high recommendation for this place.

Only complaint is that I clicked the option and paid +$2 for extra chicken with my sweet n sour chicken. It felt like I paid +$2 for the same size as the regular.All and all, service was timely. Order was ready when I came to pick up. Food was good, no complaints.

I've been to this place a few times. Before I went in I was skeptical BUT THE FOOD IS AMAZINGGGGG. Every time I go here the food is SOOO FREAKING FANTASTIC. It is also pretty cheap and has GREAT service. 10000000000/10000000000 stars. MUST TRY RIGHT NOW!!!!! place is also very clean.

Food is always good. Chicken fried rice and beef on a stick is my go too!! My wife always orders the sweet and sour chicken

Delivery time is awful , food is ok but not worth the long wait . When I called I was told we are just busy , but when I placed my order I was quoted a time of 45 minutes . My order got to me after 30 minutes late , I'll give it a 3 because the delivery go was super apologetic

One of the best chinese places around. Inside the restaurant is nice and clean and workers are friendly.

I ask for extra spicy but it wasn't spicy at all. The food was ok not sure that I would go again. They were very busy for take out so maybe it was just what I ordered

China Star has fast efficient service with great food at reasonable price. I highly recommend this restaurant .
