Chef's Cut Pizzeria

This was our second visit and already we're family. Chef John loves people and welcomes you the moment you enter the restaurant. This time we came with a group of 8. Tables were shifted to accommodate our gang and then the fun began. We started with an order of pepperoni rolls. Much larger than expected, these are multi-bite rolls with pepperoni slices and cheese. Delish. An order of wings came next. Large, crispy and served piping hot. No flavoring, just some buffalo sauce on the side. Not how I would have ordered them (I'm a lemon pepper or Nashville hot kinda guy). I decided to try something different and went with spaghetti & meatballs. A+ for the meatballs. The pasta was perfectly cooked. I thought the dish was a bit light on sauce. I should have asked for extra, I know they would have cheerfully accommodated. They cover the dish with cheese and bake. So there's a crispy layer on top. Pizza? A grand slam. Three of our 4 couples ordered pizza. They all raved about the fabulous flavor in the crust. Heavy on the toppings. Crispy. Chewy. These pizzas are the gold standard. Chefs Cut Pizzeria is a gem. Not fancy. Exceptionally friendly. And great value for the price. Skip the chains and support this locally owned restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

This is an outstanding pizza place that is one of the best in the nation. This family owned establishment is well run, organized, friendly customer service, and great food.Been coming for years and never had a hiccup or any issues at all. The 20 minute drive is worth it and gladly do it every time. It is a laid back place that has great music and a great place to hang out in. Check their website for daily specials Monday thru Friday. Everything has been special and I love it here.

Affordable and delicious pizza spot. Our go to is usually an order of lemon pepper wings, pepperoni rolls and a kids pizza meal for our toddler. I've ordered salads, too and they're huge. The wings are a decent size and cooked well.Big fan of their pepperoni rolls. A little greasy but so good.The kids meal is $5 for a little pizza and a drink. Can't beat it. A little heavy on the cheese but we usually have leftovers for lunch the next day.We've only ordered takeout but I'm sure it's even better eating there, which we'll do soon.

First two times I ordered it was amazing.Past two times I ordered here it was just ok and to the point of not worth ordering again. Not sure what they changed but they defintely changed something. I may give them one more chance in the future

Great pizza - decent toppings, thick crust but not a rock like those crappy frozen pizzas I make at home. I got the veggie pizza and WITHOUT asking it had black and green olives. Awesome toppings! I'm from Chicago so I know good pizza. (Okay, I'm from the suburbs - please don't flame me) My dad was from Chicago, south side Italian guy so he knew pizza and took me to the good places. Not that Pizza Hut or Shakeys pizza - real pizza parlors. This is good pizza - the lettuce and frozen cucumber in the side salad was a little tired though but you have to ask - why we eating a salad and not a SAUSAGE Pizza? Eating a salad? Loser. Go here - get pizza - it's good. Salads need an management review..

I can't believe it has taken us almost 3 years to return to Chef's Cut. Believe me when I say that it isn't because of the quality, but more that it's on the other side of town from where my favorite dinner date and I usually hang out. The salad was still high quality and flavorful with the addition of dried herbs sprinkled on top. This time we ordered the pepperoni bread, and while it was good, I think I prefer the pepperoni rolls instead. On this visit, we decided to venture out of our comfort zone and try the bacon cheeseburger pizza. The pizza was cooked perfectly, with crust that we didn't feed to the dogs. The pizza had a bit of sweetness to it, and I must admit this wasn't my favorite flavor profile. That's just my taste speaking; Chef's Cut did everything right! Now, I just need to make sure to not wait so long between visits.

The BEST pizza I have had in a long long time. The wings are very generous with the sauce and mostly flats (the superior wing in my opinion). Flavorful ingredients and very affordable.

We finally made it to Chef's Cut & it did not disappoint! We attempted to pop in a month or so ago but didn't check their hours beforehand (rookie move) & they were closed. This time we called ahead to confirm their hours (because it was NYE week). We went on a Wednesday night around 6:30pm. We sat at a booth, ordered our carry out, & had a beer while we waited on our food. I'm glad we got there when we did because within 15 minutes of us sitting down, the place was packed! Which reaffirmed all of the great things we have heard about Chef's Cut. The house salad was fresh & tasted amazing. Recommend honey mustard dressing with the salad. Our sausage & pepperoni pizza was incredible & was packed with flavor. The wings were just as good as the pizza. The pepperoni rolls are a carb lovers dream. Next time we will be dining in because the atmosphere was so laid back & warm. The owner was walking around & talking to customers. Super nice to chat with. Cannot wait for our next pizza!

You walk in this place and feel like family! Pizza is made to order and the crust is amazing - crisp on the outside, yet some softness on the inside. I peeked over as they were making the pizza and they cleaned as they went, which was very impressive. I'll definitely be back!

Service is always awesome here. Every time I we walk through the doors we are greeted with "Welcome to Chef's Cut!" Pizza and wings are amazing, but definitely try the Chef's Salad or one of the sandwiches. One of those hometown places where you show up to eat, but stay for the conversations.
