Charlestown Coffee & Cream

New coffee and ice cream shop on the Square in Charlestown. A big selection of ice cream flavors. They also offer shakes, sundaes etc. and numerous toppings.They are also a coffee shop offering all the specialized coffee drinks found at the big name coffee shops.My wife and I shared a Flight of ice cream ($10.80) which consist of your choice of 4 Junior Scoops.We really enjoyed all four flavors.We did not try a coffee drink. I'm sure I'll try one in the future. Additionally, they sell fresh baked muffins.During our visit the ownership was circulating among the customers greeting them and asking for their input. Plenty of seating and a nice friendly atmosphere.

Service here never falters. They are friendly and happy to help you find exactly what you're looking for. The ambiance is a good mix of fun and laid back. If you want to actually be able to taste your coffee, even in a syrup latte, this is definitely your spot.

Great ice cream and coffee shop! Ice cream flavors range from your standards to some unique options. For example, "Blue Moon"(I think it's the name?) is supposed to taste like Fruit Loops cereal milk. I enjoy the cotton candy flavor. You can add a pretty decent variety of toppings. The muffins and boba teas look good too! Couches and tables for the seating area. Cute little spot for a cool treat on a hot day. Friendly and helpful staff. They give sample spoons if you need help deciding!

We love Charlestown Coffee and Cream. The ice cream is Sooooo creamy and they have a ton of flavors to choose from. The coffee is good too, they use Sunergos coffee beans and it's one of my favorites.

To be fair to this establishment, I've only had the coffee, not the ice cream. The few times I've had an Americano or double shot espresso they've been good. The reason I give them only two stars is because of the three times lately I've been there and they're closed during posted hours of business. One was the day it snowed in late January. They apparently opened on time but then closed by lunch time "due to weather". By lunch the main roads were cleared. More recently I stopped by at 3 PM. Doors locked. A young woman was on the couch, facing the street, talking on a phone. I looked at her, the posted hours, and then back at here. I tapped the door and looked at my watch and then back at her. She just sat there. No sign. No explanation. No idea why an employee was inside and they closed. Something similar happened shortly after they opened. I truly like the coffee, and prefer supporting a local business. But if the business can't find reliable employees or stay open during posted hours, there's a coffee crossing and a Starlight coffee a few miles down 62. Both as good and much better than gas station coffee. Come on guys, Charlestown needs a good coffee house. Get it together. For your own sake. (And the customers)

We tried this place and first the ice cream that you get are very small portions for what you are charged and when asked why it doesnt look like the example picture they just snickered and says it looks bigger in pictures, also tried the coffee and found it burnt tasting and lacking any flavor. We will not be returning.

Great location, love the variety of ice-cream. However, I have visited the establishment a handful of times, and there is never consistency with the smoothies or the coffee orders, and I feel for the price I am being charged the products should taste great every time.

Great flavors and varieties. The place itself seems like a nice study space, usually quiet and "homey". The only issue I've found is them getting 2 milkshake orders at the same time because they only have 1 mixer for it. But it's 100% with the extra 30 seconds
