Chandler's Burger Bistro

No pictures this time as it was a spur of the moment to do this as I thought I did a review before. But all the pictures are accurate. I never had a bad meal and the service is usually good. This sports bar so it's a bit louder than a normal restaurant.

A Disastrous Takeout Experience at Chandler's Burger BistroMy recent takeout order from Chandler's Burger Bistro, despite promising online reviews, proved to be a deeply disappointing experience. Ordering around 8 PM, I opted for a simple meal consisting of, wings, and the "Chef's Burger" with fries. What followed was a cascade of culinary missteps that left me questioning the restaurant's commitment to quality and food safety, especially for takeout orders.Let's begin with the wings. The speed with which they were ready was alarming, suggesting they were pre-cooked and merely reheated. This suspicion was confirmed upon tasting: they were rubbery, dry, and utterly unappetizing. Calling them "rubber pallets" wouldn't be an exaggeration; they were, without a doubt, the most disgusting wings I have ever encountered. Their flavor was equally offensive, hinting at being reheated multiple times. This was a truly dreadful start to the meal.Next came the "Chef's Burger" accompanied by fries. The fries themselves were a disaster. They tasted as though they had been subjected to freezer burn or, even more disturbingly, contaminated with something unidentifiable/some kind of chemical contamination,. If it wasn't freezer burn, my only other explanation would be that the saturated fats from fryer oil was severely overdue for a change. The fries were inedible, possessing a strange, off-putting taste that made me fear for my health. They were limp, greasy, and utterly devoid of any pleasant potato flavor.The burger, unfortunately, wasn't much better. It was excessively greasy and had a repulsive taste, almost as if the grill hadn't been cleaned in ages. Despite being ravenously hungry, I could only manage half of it before the overwhelming greasiness and unpleasant flavor forced me to stop. The secretary meat itself seemed of poor quality, and the overall construction of the burger was sloppy.The final nail in the coffin was the accompanying blue cheese and celery. Proper food safety protocols dictate that cold items should be served cold, and this was a glaring failure, especially in a takeout order where temperature control is crucial. The celery was not chilled, and the blue cheese was served warm, a significant temperature control violation. This lack of attention to basic food safety standards is deeply concerning and raises serious questions about the restaurant's overall hygiene practices, particularly concerning how they handle takeout items.While I can't comment on the dine-in environment of Chandler's Burger Bistro, the takeout experience was an utter failure. The stark contrast between the positive online reviews and my own experience is baffling. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to Chandler's Burger Bistro, especially for takeout. This experience was not only unpleasant but also concerning from a food safety standpoint. I would strongly advise potential diners, especially those considering takeout, to reconsider their options before choosing this establishment.The service was great, servers were very happy. They smiled.

The server took our order and had drinks on the table promptly. Chipotle Chicken Salad was the special ofnthe day. It was absolutely delicious. The floors were clean. The restaurant gives off clean vibes.The location is the corner of a strip mall. There is plenty of parking...you might have to walk further than you like but you can count on good food.The menu has something for everyone. Burgers and wings seem to be the specialty here.It is worth a try...I do not think you will be disappointed. They do serve liquor and beer.

Even during the Bengals v Broncos game, we still received great service. The building was loud and on the warmer side but that didn't stop the drinks or food from coming. We stayed throughout the game and had a great time. Great food, too! Love the Nati Melt.

Stopped in to catch some of the NFL playoff games. With the windows painted over with black, from the outside they looked like they were closed with the lights off. Going through the double set of door opens up to a lively well lit bar/restaurant.Found a spot at the bar and was quickly introduced to the two friendly bartenders. Please of drafts and the smoked wings finished off with the x-hot Buffalo were exactly what I was looking for tonight. Also has an ordered of fries and these were top notch with plenary of season to offset the wings.With a trip in if in the area!

came here with some friends to watch the Bengals game and I was very pleasantly surprised with how nice the service was and how quick it was.there was nothing absolutely wild about my experience it was a pretty normal bar and Grill / Burger joint that had really good wings and they were not unreasonably priced! The server was extremely friendly and helpful and they had almost every TV on a different football game which was very nice we could watch all of them. this was definitely a place where you could take your kids as well but during the time we were there it was mostly adults watching the game or just getting a bite to eat! will be back for game days(:

It's hard to tell what's going on here from the outside because of the dark mirrors and it's back in a strip shopping center but it's really nice inside. Plenty of TVs and seems like a fun place to watch a sporting event. The wait staff was friendly and very quick with drinks, food delivery, and check ins. We ordered one of their signature burgers and a spicy chicken wrap. Both came with side of what looked like fresh cut fries. The fries were nice and crispy and well seasoned. I had the wrap and it was a delicious mix of toppings with good chicken (some places use rubbery chicken lol) and a spicy buffalo sauce to blend it all together. It came with ranch or blue cheese for dipping. The blue cheese looked homemade as well. I'll definitely be back to try some wings next time!

Restaurant was clean and welcoming. Service was great! Food tasted good. Would come back

This place sits in the corner of a strip mall, but once you step inside, it is so much more than that. Great food, wide selection, and uniquely fresh appetizers! Jeremy at the bar is a great bartender, and can do some cool tricks which can definitely elevate the experience to a whole new level as well!

Fabulous service, amazing food. Beef is super fresh the wings really meaty. Best blue cheese ever!!!! Will definitely return.
