My husband really enjoyed going down on Thursday night live. We meet up with friends, meet new friends,The bartenders are very friendly and security definitely keeps the riffraff out. The drinks are good reasonably priced. I've not been down there any other time but Thursday night live so I can't say for sure. My only complaint is it's so loud. You can't really visit inside without feeling like you got a shout to talk to your friends. It's not gonna keep me from going back. There is outside seating, but that's very popular.

Terrible experience. Came here today for a bachelor party. Big group of guys. Two young lady bartenders, one with tattoos, very skinny. Both were unhelpful to the point of being rude. Bad attitudes , sour facew, we left. No thanks. Plenty of other places to drink. Sad

This place is amazing!! And the bartenders are so sexy!!! Perfect cocktails and Miller Lite!!! Best bathrooms in the US!!!

Cool vibe. Came here before our dinner reservations and show at the Rupp. Great service, clean bathrooms and beautiful bar. Enjoyed our cocktails and the barkeep company. Would go back.

Never go to this bar if you want to be shown any kind of humanistic rights or self respect, especially if you're a woman. It's also probably filled with underage children who don't know how to handle themselves. I only say that because that's the kind of people I unfortunately encountered the several nights I have tried to give this place a chance. I wasn't originally going to write this review, as I spoke with the manager about my situation and he claimed to "take care of my tab" at the end of our conversation (didn't even ask him to do that), but I just looked at my bank statements a week later and he definitely did not do that. Regardless if it was a mistake or not, I feel really strongly about what happened to me there, and I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I had to, because it was dehumanizing to me as a woman.I was on my period while I was there (saying that bluntly because if you're offended by that, get the over it, it's a natural process that every single woman experiences and the only reason you're sitting where you are) and needed a little extra time in the bathroom, the THREE times I had to go while I was there for over TWO hours. Anyone who understands the menstrual cycle, KNOWS: It's UNPREDICTABLE. I can't control when it comes or how it comes. As I was taking a little longer I would get beating and knocking on the door. I have anxiety as it is already, and I don't enjoy confrontation or making people upset, but this was so rude. There is a BATHROOM ATTENDANT, who is responsible for controlling people outside of the bathroom. That's his JOB. Control your customers. Or, how about YOU, as the ATTENDANT, knock on the door politely to make sure your customers are okay? What if that had been a drunk customer who was taking too long because they passed out, and was asphyxiating... that's a lawsuit on y'all's hands! I came out the FIRST time and kept my cool until the customers, AND the bathroom attendant were literally laughing, and making comments about how long I had been taking, as I was washing my hands in the sinks provided outside the stalls. That's when I proceeded to ask all three MALES what genitalia they had, to confirm that they indeed had never had a period, and couldn't relate to my situation, (therefore needed to shut their mouths). The attendant continued to have the male customer's sides, and was extremely rude and misunderstanding to me. I'm taking a wild guess (assuming) he probably thought my raging attitude was associated to my alcohol intake, but in reality it was due to my raging hormones (that he would never relate to as a male) because I had had two drinks that whole night thus far. I'm 180 pounds. This place is such an amazing bar! All of the bartenders are fantastic & super friendly (I wish I could remember their names but all I remember is "nerf gun kelly") lol. But all three of the guys were wonderful. I was visiting from From Florida for railbird fest & stopped in here because a friend recommended it. Excellent drinks, prices & atmosphere! This was our groups favorite place & we came back every day. Highly recommend.

This place was crazy busy when we went and the service was still good. We were visiting Lexington and I knew they had a fun live music thing at the plaza that Centro sits on. It brings a crowd, lots of pretty UK girls, who knew, I thought all the pretty ones went to UF. (;They have a cocktail list,a shot list and a nice beer list. We sat and people watched , all ages and looks. It was fun and had two good drinks. Hubby liked Chassitty who he said would be a great bartender soon.

What a great bar and pleasant surprise! We were headed to one of our favorite bars on Saturday before the game, only to find BGT closed for the day, but noticed Centro right next door and with quite the crowd, so we decided to stop.The bartenders were great and the drinks were priced very well, we definitely recommend the Bloody Mary's and Mimosa specials. They have a wide variety of cocktails that are very well made and a decent selection of Bourbons...oh and they have $2 PBR

This was a fun place to meet some friends downtown. I am not a "downtown goer" so I had the recommendation from a coworker. We went at 9 and there was ample seating despite the small space. It was a chilly night and so many seats were near the door. Because of that we were getting blasts of cold air. Around 10 there was huge influx of people. So crowded we couldn't to to the bar to order more drinks. Looked mostly corporate and a younger crowd - neither of which I fit in to. The nail in the coffin was that while waiting for a drink - I heard one of the bartenders ask a patron at the bar if she was heterosexual. I don't know what their pre-existing relationship is but it was a real turn off being part of the LGBT community. The positive was that the drinks were delicious and I loved the variety of the bourbon. I'd go back to this place if invited but probably probably would not go back on my own or suggest it with my friends.

Douchey bar with terrible pretentious service and a bourbon selection they don't deserve - avoid!"Upgraded" my review to one star from two after the bartender gave me attitude for asking for a water after ordering a $40 pour of overpriced bourbon (gasp!).
