Probably the most pleasant and hassle free shopping experience I have had for a big ticket item. My old lawn tractor expired and wife thought it would be a good time to upgrade to a zero-turn machine. The store is well stocked with numerous models and comes complete with its own service department. This is a local family owned business. The owner, Mr. Huber, personally took time out to discuss and explain the differences between various models. He didn't pass me off another salesman. When I finally decided on a specific model, he even allowed me to take it right out of the showroom and take it for a spin on the parking lot. Try that in a big box store. The new machine was then personally delivered, with a full tank of gas, to my home by Mr. Huber. He then demonstrated its operations to my wife and hauled away my junker. Bottom line - Wife is currently out mowing the lawn for the first time in over 10 years !!!

I ordered a part in person and I was expecting the part in next day. Of course it did not arrive and blame was put on the delivery company. No one called to tell me part was or was not there. I tried to give local business a chance and payed them a bit more for part and waited three days.rather than ordering on line for less and getting next day. Bought a new tire for my RTV, parts sales were fine. The price went up over $20 in 11 months but that may not be their fault. Took it to the service dept to have it put on the rim. Lady at the counter says "Jesus'" and looks totally pissed off. Comes around the counter and tells me they can't do that there. I tell her that I spoke to someone in service yesterday afternoon and they assured me they could do it. She starts to tell me why they can't do it, apparently they don't have the right "umph". Why is one person in the service department telling me they can do it and another person telling me they cannot, and in a very rude way? I think it will be worth the drive to go somewhere else next time.

I have been buying products here since I started my business. I have spent thousands. Every time I go in it's like they are annoyed that there are customers there. I dropped off a mower that needed a lot of work. It was a month before I got my first call about it. They had to order a part, then another month. Order another part. I understand Covid has things backed up. I would stop in every few weeks to buy pats and supplies for my other equipment and check on it. Every time they would tell me that they hadn't had time to get to it. After 6 or 7 MONTHS. I finally got an answer that they couldn't fix it. I'm not really worried about the mower not being able to be fixed. I had already replaced it. They said they had to take the parts they got for it off and they would call me to pick it up. 6 more months go by with no communication. I finally called them to tell them I would be coming to pick it up. When I showed up they acted surprised and scrambled to take the parts off so I could pick it up. One part wouldn't come off because it rusted on to it because it sat untouched for so long. I finally get my mower back and they took the carburetor from it. Now like I said, I'm not too concerned about this mower not being fixed. I am upset that they took a year to not fix it and then steal a part from it and never talk to me about it. I will have to continue to do business with them because I am a lawn care professional and I bought an exmark from them and they are the only exmark dealer around. Also my clients come before my distaste for this business. However when I go to purchase my next very expensive mower, it will be from a different company like Lexington outdoor power equipment. Or when I decide to buy my next stihl product, of which I have many, it will be from somewhere else like rural king. It's a shame this business decided to behave like this. I've never even been told sorry. No one has ever even acknowledged that they handled my situation wrong. They just pretend like it didn't happen. Just remember this story when you go to purchase your next piece of equipment.
