Central City Cafe

Stopped here as it's a DDD spot. Had the meatloaf sandwich, Reuben sandwich, white bean soup and cornbread. All was wonderful and the service was great.

Guy Fieri said it best "real deal comfort food". The place is very comfortable and the servers are very friendly and helpful. I had a cheeseburger without a bun. The hand formed Patties are a full 8 ounces of what tastes like good quality beef. The clientele was mainly locals and the servers working called most by name. You could tell they really liked the place. I will eat here again, when in the area.

Seated quickly. Staff super friendly. Tons of old nostalgia on the walls. Everything is made on site. I got the whatta burger. It is a 1/2 lb burger that is loaded. It was delicious. They do not offer French fries and it makes you have a nice change. My son got the meatloaf and I stole a bite. It was out of this world. Took about 25 mi minutes to get food but you should expect that when items ate prepared this way

I love this place! Very consistent quality dishes and the best staff in the world. I love their daily house-made soups, the veggie grilled cheese, greens, beans and cornbread, chicken salad croissant and daily pies! This local family owned business works as a family, all hands on deck. You will be welcomed with warmth and treated like family!

Everything you would expect from a Diners, Drive-ins or Dives! Great people, delicious food and an experience you can't get anywhere else! I had the meatloaf sandwich and it was AMAZING!! My family also had a BLT, grilled cheese, hot ham and cheese and open faced pot roast sandwich.... everyone enjoyed their food and left happy and full. My kids said that this place definitely earns 5 !!!

EVERYThing. I love the people and the food is so good. I love the chicken salad platter. So comfortable with fruit on the platter and chips.not one thing to complain about

The food and service is hands down the best in the area!!! Salmon patty and open face roast beef are a must. Any side you choose is top notch. The staff go above and beyond to please their customers.

Always excellent food! In 20+ years of dining here, we have never had a meal we didn't love. The iced tea with a slice of orange is to die for!
